Stayed here for Brighton Marathon. Very clean, Tazeem was really responsive and helpful. Even included a list of recommendations in the flat for local places.

We had a great stay here! The apartment is really great and nicely decorated - just as photos. The bed was comfy, the kitchen & bathroom were fab and the outside space was a big bonus. Location is great next to the beach and there are plenty of nice cafes around. Ricky was friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend & would stay here again!

My friend and I spent three nights in this lovely apartment. It's located a bit outside the city, but still within a reasonable walking distance. For us, it was really nice to stay in a quiet area. The apartment is located below the owners' residence, which caused some noise. It didn’t bother us at all — in fact, we found it quite cozy — but it might be good for others to be aware of. There was a slight "basement" smell in the bedroom, but it went away with some airing out. It was a really lovely place, and we would love to come back. ☺️

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

Matt and Em were so helpful with a last minute booking and went above and beyond to make it work around our schedule. The flat was stunning and in a perfect location. Would have loved to stay longer! We also locked ourselves out and they were so responsive at helping us get a spare key to us. Lovely people and lovely space. Definitely recommend! X

This place had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Brighton and it was also very clean. The BnB was in walking distance to the main shops but up a very big hill on the way back! Hosts were good at communicating and sent us clear instructions for our visit. Would stay again if we are in the area :)

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

Great place to stay. Lovely relaxing back garden with all-day sunshine..plenty of space to eat and rest in the shade. Beds very comfortable ..we all slept like logs. Helpful folder containing detailed instructions on using appliances as well as places to eat and things to do for all ages. We were here for the South Downs Run so unfortunately no time to visit appealing Nature Reserve next door but managed a beautiful walk along the coast at Seaford as the sun was setting.

Such a lovely house. Bed very comfortable, very warm , everything you could need in the kitchen. All in all a very nice home , would definitely book this place again.

We had a lovely time. Julia is a very friendly and thoughtful host. Communication was excellent, instructions were clear. The house was really charming and welcoming with a nice mix of period and modern features. Our daughter really enjoyed the piano. The views from the rear windows were beautiful. The garden was fantatistic and the area was ideal. A short walk from the train station. There's a little shop for essentials around the corner and you're 5 minutes from Baxter's field, an ideal picnic spot as well as other nature walks. Would definitely recommend staying.

The house is absolutely stunning. Perfect for 3 couples. The accommodation is stunning, very well designed and with great amenities. View is stunning from the kitchen. The hot tub and sauna are a very nice touch. Only criticism would be for Brighton it’s possibly just a little bit too far out. But for us just chilling after my son ran the marathon it was idyllic.

Family of four, staying just the one night. Property from what we experienced was lovely and we'd visit again. A small outdoor area was safe for our two toddlers which we loved. Bedrooms a decent size and one could even take two full size travel cots which is great if you're travelling with two small ones. Host was really friendly and helpful with great suggestions for take aways.

Great place to stay whilst in Brighton, the place was super quirky and very similar to my own decor at home so it felt very homely. Walking distance to the beach and town which was ideal. Bed was SUPER comfy!!

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely nice flat we were very happy to find such a calm spot in middle of the busy neighbourhood. The flat was very clean and good equipped with a nice little courtyard to sit in the afternoon sun. Jess is very friendly and responded immediately to our questions. Would be happy to return!

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

I loved staying at Adrian’s flat! It was cozy, very quiet and clean. I felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot shower was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!
