A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Spacious apartment set within the lower ground floor of a large, detached Victorian villa in the heart of Hove. Walk through your own private entrance to a recently decorated apartment filled with antique French chandeliers, mirrors, kingsize bed, leather sofas and fluffy towels. Perfectly located, the beach and Hove lawns are seconds away at one end of this quiet, residential road. Hove's restaurants, bars and shops are at the other, from where buses to Brighton also run every few minutes .

A gorgeous studio flat set in a grade II listed beautiful regency building . Full of period features such as stained glass windows , high ceilings, large sash windows and gorgeous cornicing. A fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, nespresso coffee machine and smeg kitchen appliances really finish off the style of this fabulous space . The location is perfect with only a five min walk from Hove station, local shops , bars and restaurants and of course the beach ! We provide hand sanitiser, wipes etc

Situated in the perfect location just moments from the beach this hidden oasis is surrounded by local cafes', restaurants, boutiques and bakeries; and is a short stroll into central Brighton. Great location for beach and town

Very nice , bright top floor flat in central Hove 2mins from beach ,shops , bars and restaurants , bus links into central Brighton 15mins , close to Hove train station . The flat has wifi , sky tv with 50in screen, wooden floors throughout , dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with electric oven and gas hob , microwave , washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle all crockery and cutlery ect . Large shower and nice size bedroom with king size bed.

Comfortably sleeps two in a kingsize bed. We provide a small breakfast basket to welcome you to the flat. You'll have your own off-street parking, and small front garden to sit and relax. Lovely 1 bed flat Central Hove

Location, Location, Location. This 1 bed holiday flat is entirely yours for your stay. I highly recommend coming by train as once you are here it is so easy to get around on foot, bus, train or taxi. Literally surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and the beach. Brighton is a short bus ride away or a 30 min walk along the promenade or along Church Road passing shops, bars and restaurants all the way.

Perfect stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very attentive, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. Definitely highly recommended!

I only met Ian, who was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable straight away, welcoming me into his fantastic home. The house was absolutely spotlessly clean and full of interest at every turn. Ian couldn’t have been more accommodating. As I was travelling alone I was very reassured to feel completely safe, relaxed and comfortable in Ian’s home and hope to return again in the future.
