This is a small cozy nest ideal for a couple with or without children, consisting of a 160 bed and a 2-seater sofa bed. Outside, you will enjoy two wooden terraces that are not overlooked.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
