"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

For one- and two-night stays, sheets and towels are provided for a surcharge of 10 euros per bed. Come and enjoy the calm in the heart of the old fishing village of Lachanau. The bed has a window overlooking a wooded area from where you can observe deer, hinds and their young. The lake is at the end of the street, a 3-minute walk away, it is a kite surfing spot and there are several small beaches in the shade of the pine trees. Ideal for watching the sunset. Numerous walking and cycling tours all around. You can store your bikes in the shed across from the Tiny.

Come and relax in the heart of nature, in a 50 m2 accommodation on the ground floor of our main residence (with private garden and parking). Located close to the bike paths, between Hourtin Port and Hourtin Beach, 200 meters from the Contaut lagoon, and close to the Piqueyrot nautical base. You can enjoy the beach, lake and water sports (paddle, sailing, surfing), as well as hiking, forest walks and discovering the flora and fauna.

Nice 3-bedroom house

HOURTIN Bourg Maison T3 completely renovated in 2020, 65 m2 with a 600 m2 enclosed garden close to shops. The house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with sheets (maximum 5 people with baby), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. No pets allowed in this non-smoking house. I'll give you the key. 30 euros cleaning fee, for those who don't want to do the cleaning.

Chalet of 28 m ² certified two stars, understanding(including) a cooking / room to be eaten of 22 m ², room with bed of 140, room of bath-toilets as well as a mezzanine of 12 m ² with two beds of 90 and a terrace of 20 m ² understanding a garden table, deckchairs, a plancha. The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.

Small house in a private and fenced garden. Close to the center and a supermarket. 2 km from the lake and 12 km from the ocean. Bike paths nearby. Possibility to leave your bikes in a garage.
