Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Houffalize

Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

Another wonderful stay (this was our third time). Such a beautiful and peaceful location, within a short drive to the motor racing at Spa. My highest recommendation… this place is wonderful!

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf in Maison de Charme in de Ardennen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Patrick, en er stond zelfs een lekkere soep klaar in de koelkast. De accommodatie is sfeervol en gezellig ingericht. Ook de goede hygiëne draagt ertoe bij dat je je er meteen thuis voelt. Er is een heerlijke (goed afgesloten) tuin waar je kunt zitten, en alle ruimte hebt om met de hond te spelen. De auto kun je makkelijk voor het huis parkeren. De omgeving van de accommodatie is prachtig, een aantal meter vanaf de deur kun je meerdere wandelroutes volgen. Wandeling 1 (Lavacherie-Bonne-Dame) langs het uitzichtpunt is echt een aanrader! Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad en we komen er graag nog eens terug!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Het is een prachtig, compleet verzorgd huis in een heerlijke omgeving.

Een geweldig mooi appartement van 3 verdiepingen, direct gelegen aan de ourthe en super centraal gelegen. Het huis is verrassend ruim voor een gezin van 4. Wij hadden fantastisch weer en hebben erg genoten op het balkon. Zo’n mooi uitzicht hebben wij thuis niet. 😍 Echt een pareltje!

We had an amazing time at Marie's place! The accommodation is super clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. Marie is incredibly kind and gave us great tips for things to do in the area. We did some fantastic hiking, the surroundings are just beautiful. We felt totally at home and would definitely love to come back. Thanks, Marie!

Super fijn verblijf! We hebben erg genoten van de Gîte van Thierry en Françoise en de omgeving is perfect om te fietsen en te wandelen.

A great apartment in a cool location !! I was able to park my bike around the corner on a side street, no tickets/permits required. Based in the heart of town , walkable to the new Bastogne War Museum. Thanks.

We only stayed one night at this lovely Airbnb. But you really can’t beat the rustic quiet location with beautiful views! The place is clean with impeccable furnishings. Kevin and Céline had excellent recommendations for places to eat. We ate at Brasserie Bohey, just 15 minutes away by car and it was fantastic! They were also very responsive! We can’t say enough about how lovely the location was. Rolling hills, trees, and quiet roads. It was the perfect getaway from the busier Bastogne and it was really just a short drive away. We wished we could stay longer!

Die Begrüßung war herzlich. Die Unterkunft war wie angegeben in einem renovierten gemütlichen Bauernhaus umgeben von einem idyllischen Garten. Ein Paradies im Grünen, mit vielen Tieren. Leider war unsere Zeit zu kurz um es mehr genießen zu können, oder die Bücherinsel zu Erkunden. Wir haben auf jeden Fall vor wieder zu kommen. Thomas & Michaela

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

We hebben dankzij Bernard zijn accommodatie super genoten van onze paar dagen vrij. De keuken was erg goed uitgerust met apparaten, zelfs een Grillplaat als je wil gourmetten. De omgeving is erg mooi. Wij hebben heerlijk gewandeld. We komen zeker een keer terug!!

loved it😍 after cycling all the way from Rotterdam this was an oasis to recover. Also a beautiful day's cycle to Bastogne museum and back, largely country roads, though hilly. Jacuzzi was a godsend. First floor is b&b guests, apartment is in the roof area serviced by a lift off you don't want to navigate the beautiful wooden staircase. I used it quite a lot as recovering from my rides. peaceful evenings, no noise that I was aware of, nice and dark for sleeping. gorgeous gardens and goats, kids etc, birds as well! the spar in the town is not far to stock up. Didn't want to leave.

Séjour chez Annie très agréable. Annie est très réactive. Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé. Si nous retournons dans le coin, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Albanito and Hisniye were very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. There was a nice little surprise when we arrived. When we reported a problem they committed to resolving it the same day. Thanks!! Will book again.

Logement idéalement situé, très agréable et vraiment propre. Alexandre et Arnaud sont des gens très gentils et ont une organisation du tonnerre! Je recommande vraiment ce logement.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Simmerath. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man zum Entspannen braucht :) Außerdem ist Ayleens Wohnung super gelegen, fußläufig sind Wanderwege, Restaurants und Cafés zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gern nochmal wieder!!!

Mireille has a lovely place here. The lake was lovely, mind the geese. The bunk beds were a favorite of my children, and since we had kids, I was really happy with the location of the place -- easy for them to access the stairs, lake, and back yard.
