This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Super energy, great stay The description of the directions was great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The place was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt immediately comfortable. The view is awesome, but also the flair of the back of the house, so I liked the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water available and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a big purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, it was loud on the beach: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who are light sleepers. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Beautiful accommodation, met all expectations. Super central and in front of Playa Caracol. The center of the hotel zone is very close and the bus stop is also.

Everything is fine. Some minor cleaning details, such as the curtains. For everything else, very good. The beach is steps away. The restaurants across the street are very good. The Oxxo is within walking distance.

What a great place! Right on the beach! My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere away from the hotel zone, and Frankie’s place was perfect! He helped us with directions to the hotel and showed us around when we got there. The room is just as described. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Caribbean right outside your door! Frankie recommended a place called Flamingos, about a mile away, for dinner and it was amazing. We had local caught fish cooked to order and excellent cocktails at our table on the beach. Thank you Frankie for making our short stay one we will always remember!

This place was very nice. Close to the bus station and had a nice pool. There were some small stains on some of the sheets and pillows, but they appeared mostly clean. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Other than a small mishap with the AC, I would 100% stay here again. The hosts were very friendly and even responded to messages at 2am to try and help. They helped me navigate back to the airport as well. You should stay here.

I stayed in this apartment for a week with my two adult daughters. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. It has two complete bathrooms which was a plus for us. The king size bed was really good. One of my daughters slept on the pullout couch and she said it was very comfortable. The terrace is very spacious ! With a table and chairs. And even lounge chairs. The best part of our stay was Our host Jessica is the true definition of a Super Host!! !! She responded to everything within minutes always helping with a beautiful attitude. I recommend this place to anyone. And we’re sure we’ll be back Thank you Jessica !

It was a great find! Just take the buses to where you need and you will be fine. The airport was close too! Amazing views!

Carlos was very responsive and helpful with our stay. From meeting us 2 hours late due our plane being delayed, to letting us check out late because our flight was in the afternoon, Carlos was very accommodating. The property and views are everything a first time visit to Cancun are supposed to be, they draw you in and just make you want to keep coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The host was very helpful, and responded quickly to messages. The studio is very well located, close to Playa Tortugas (just across the street), and on the main avenue that takes you to the center in a few minutes by car and to other beaches. The building also has a shopping center with an OXXO (24h) "market" and a pharmacy next door, which made shopping much easier. Although the apartment has no kitchen, the microwave, minibar, coffee maker and dishes available were sufficient for our stay and needs. The room had a beautiful view of the lagoon, and it was extremely clean and organized. It also has a clothesline inside the bathroom, which made it easier to wash the bikinis. We highly recommend the location!

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

We had a beautiful time. The apartment is quite at night. The staff is really nice, Raul the life guard at the beach was very nice and attentive and Nicki was great. Thanks so much, l would definitely come back here!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This place is really worth it, good location, Jorge provides clear instructions for everything. The description of the place is exactly what you will find. We really liked it and would definitely come back.

Simply spectacular. I had read a negative comment that made me doubt, but I decided to rent it because of the location, price and photos... and I'm so glad I did!!! The apartment is impeccable, smells delicious, is very tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is a 10: everything was bright, the mattresses are impeccable and very comfortable, and the place is so quiet that you can't hear anything at all. I slept like never before, the room has a huge TV with access to several apps, a total plus. The bathroom is beautiful, it smells delicious and every detail is lovingly cared for. The kitchen is super-equipped, and upon arrival there were complimentary drinks: a nice touch that is very much appreciated. Natty is a sweetheart and makes sure you have an unforgettable stay. The truth is, I regret not staying more nights. I highly recommend it, don't be swayed by the bad comment, it doesn't reflect anything about this place!!!

Best bang for your buck, nice sized rooms, balcony, amazing roof top for tanning and swimming. Literally across from playa tortugas where you can take ultramar ferry to isla mujeres and enjoy playa norte. Close enough to the night life and new shopping center. 10/10 would recommend if you want stay within a certain budget.

Wow, I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation good food, beautiful views, friendly people then this is the place for you. My husband and I loved Lydia‘s place. We would highly recommend to couples families their pet friendly. Just an awesome space. We can’t wait to come back !
