I booked this for my parents… Here’s what they said - We have just spent the weekend at this charming lodge. Ideal for a relaxing break with everything you need, it has lovely walks, especially into the beautiful town of Nailsworth. A little gem.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! It had everything you could need, was absolutely so clean and the perfect base for a long weekend in the Cotswolds. Lots of parking space and a nice outdoor area with a BBQ, if you're lucky enough to have sunshine. Super close to beautiful Cotswolds towns like Tetbury and Westonbirt Arboretum. Would definitely recommend this place to stay to everyone.

We had a great time staying here whilst exploring this area of the Cotswolds. Joel kindly sent some useful information over before we travelled and was friendly when we arrived. The Homestead was pristine and exactly as advertised, thanks for letting us stay!

Avening Cottage is a special bolt hole, tucked away in a very pretty lane. It felt like home. I slept the best I’ve ever slept away from home. Cooking was easy. Perfect base for exploring the area. Walks, good food options - recommend Williams Kitchen for fish. Interesting & quirky shops with an arty vibe. I’d return.
