Great place to stay while visiting CSU. Easy to walk to campus. The place was very stylish and comfortable. Had all that we needed for the stay. College Avenue is just a block away which is great to walk to restaurants and bars.

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

Lovely, quiet, and super clean which I loved. It’s in a nice, safe residential neighborhood. Amy’s communication was exceptional which we really appreciated. We chose this place for the close proximity to our kid’s place and it was bonus to have access to a community pool with a children’s pool. It was just their size and our grandkids loved it! The bed has a pretty firm mattress which was a little too firm for us, but everything else was exceptional.

Great place to stay for my first Airbnb experience. Extremely clean, gorgeous, smelled so fresh and new! The beds were comfy, the linens were all very clean. The deck was so cute and perfect! Highly recommend!

Casey is a great host. Friendly and responsive. Also gave us our privacy. The rental was as described and suited our needs. It was a good value as well. Would rent again if needed.

This cute little place is just as described. Cozy, comfortable and within walking distance of cute shops and restaurants of downtown Loveland. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely love to stay here again!!

We had the best stay! The house was so clean, the views were absolutely beautiful and surrounded by mountains. Even though it was in a neighborhood you’re still spread out far enough to have your own privacy. Wildlife was great to see in early morning and sun down. Aditi was so sweet and provided so many recommendations around the area and updates about National Park which helped made planning that much easier. The house was extremely clean with all the amenities needed. Thank you Aditi for allowing us to create special memories in your home, we will definitely be back!

My siblings and I booked Hannah’s AirBnB while our dad had emergency surgery. If anyone needs to know, the UC Health center is just 10 mins away! Hannah’s home was so spacious! If I ever come back with our kids, it would be the perfect place for large families because there’s so much space. Additionally, it was super clean! You would never know it’s pet-friendly because there wasn’t any pet hair or pet odors at all. Speaking of pets, at the last minute, by brother-in-law came down to see my dad and had to bring their dogs. I was so thankful Hannah’s home was pet-friendly; that hadn’t even been on my filter when I searched. And gratefully, when I messaged and asked if it was ok to add one more person and two well-behaved dogs, they didn’t hesitate to welcome them. So hospitable! The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is a haven with a beautiful landscape and a hot tub, and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend Hannah’s home!

House was beautiful and everything was as described. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the tranquil stream behind the house. Complimentary wine and snacks were a nice touch. We had a large family group with small children and the Hosts were very accommodating by providing high chair, pack-n-play, and gate. We encountered a couple of issues with the appliances and the Hosts were extremely responsive to address and resolve them. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant mountain retreat

Gregory’s home was very clean with fun amenities that we all enjoyed! The home is comfortable and Gregory communicates quickly and well. We loved the Star Wars toaster 😄! The hot tub on the roof is extremely enjoyable and directions for use clear. We took advantage of the cruiser bikes and the location of this home with close proximity to the Poudre bike trail, old town Ft. Collins and New Belgium brewery makes them especially fun! All beds were comfortable and the sheets super soft! Loved that touch. The home is well stocked with thoughtful details. Parking is easy and well communicated. We will definitely stay at Gregory’s home again and highly recommend this home.

Nice quiet location, easy to find, clean and comfortable. As shown in pictures. Host and cohost both responsive and helpful. Everything you need is within a mile or so of the house. Small peaceful town, but very convenient to Ft Collins, and just over 1 hr from Denver airport. Was perfect for us.

This place is really amazing and we will likely stay here again. Well laid out, extremely well kept. The kitchen is very well kitted out with everything you would possibly need while there. The views are spectacular and the deck area is a wonderful place to sit out and enjoy the air. The hot tub, was a great addition ... we hike a lot and it's great to come back and relax those aching muscles. The location is also great, we don't like crowds, so being out of Estes itself was great, but only a few minutes down the hill to town. Likewise access to Rocky Mountain National Park was also close by. NOTE: be ready for those 2 flights of stairs unloading on your first day, at 7,500ft, it literally takes your breath away ... but it is so worth it.

Excellent spot to relax, very well done, clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere on the deck and we encountered some elk walking along the river right in front of us during our stay.

This apartment FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The unit was beautiful, clean, and quiet and it had everything that I needed. You can tell that they thought about what you may need to have a comfortable stay. There was a fan, extra bedding, a blow dryer, and coffee fixings - just the little things that make a huge difference in a stay. The little backyard patio area was gorgeous and so relaxing. Nataliya was very communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described, it was a cozy and peaceful place to stay and a really great spot to avoid main hotel traffic while staying in Estes Park.

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!

This AirBnB was everything we wanted and more. The location can't be beat, right across from CSU and over a lovely, quality, and friendly restaurant below. The vibe of whole building is happy and peaceful, even with the bustle of the restaurant below during the mornings. We felt safe and cozy - which was good, because we ended up having to leave our 13 yr old son there most of the weekend because he came down with a horrible bronchial infection, poor guy. But the couches and recliner chair were super comfy for him to hang out on, and the throw blankets! I actually took a pic of the tag on one bc I must have it. The beds were comfy, too, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally, we were able to walk to so many different places - the location is unmatched. We had a great stay, and would reserve this place again!

The view was spectacular! The space was clean, well appointed and exactly what we needed. Everything we wanted to do & see was just minutes away. We loved our short stay and hope to visit again.

There was a vase of beautiful bearded iris flowers on the table. Clear instructions available. Being right across the street from Hays Market was great for us. Briefly ran into Kelly outside, super friendly. We will be checking availability next time we are in the area.
