Rent our charming villa apartment during Smukfest and have a comfortable base close to the festivities, with parking on the villa road. Two older but functional bicycles with locks are included, which will easily take you to Smukfest in about 15 minutes. A 160-cm bed in the living room and a 120-cm bed in the bedroom. No party or loud music – but of course just fine to have a few beers on the terrace before you go - write a little about yourselves at booking request. There are no parties allowed in the apartment, and quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m.

Large villa close by the ocean and 12 km to Aarhus

Large villa with beds for 6 adults and 2 children. A separate children's playroom located in extension to the dining room, and a spacious living room in the opposite end from the kitchen/dining room. The villa is located right next to a large green area and a short bike ride to the sea. Aarhus city is 12 km away and both train and bus stops are a short walk away from the house. We have a cat. It’s very friendly and goes in and out itself.

Great location. Nice House in a Cozy little town close to Beach, Forrest, Legoland, Zoo, H.C Andersen, Golf, Waterpark etc.. We rent out the House 2-3 weeks every summer and normally minimum 1 week at a time. Prefer Sunday to Sunday. Check in from 3 pm / Check out 11 am.
