Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in this fine 1920s home. The villa is 163 sqm spread over seven rooms, so there is plenty of opportunity for extra beds indoors. The garden has room for both football, campfires and tents. There's always a sunny spot to be found. Please note that the house is used daily by a family with children and that wear and tear, mess and dirt may occur. Here you can experience homey coziness and bring your children and pets. There is a bathroom on the ground floor, unfortunately only with a shower at the moment. On the 1st floor there is a toilet.

The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy a view of the lake, which is right by the entrance to the festival. So, you won’t find a better location if you want more luxury than at a festival. If you want a quiet day, you can go over to the cultural center and take a sauna and a bath; there is also a pool, etc., for children. There are no parties allowed in the apartment, and quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m.

Great location. Nice House in a Cozy little town close to Beach, Forrest, Legoland, Zoo, H.C Andersen, Golf, Waterpark etc.. We rent out the House 2-3 weeks every summer and normally minimum 1 week at a time. Prefer Sunday to Sunday. Check in from 3 pm / Check out 11 am.
