Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The property is a three bedroom detached cottage . All of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 have a balconly with a wonderful sea view. The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.

We welcome one dog and two people. Our super-king bed can be split into a twin on request. There’s a shower, smart TV, Wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The bed, breakfast bar and comfy sofas all overlook the private garden which has bifolding doors onto the deck.

I cannot describe how amazing the views are from my place. The lounge and both bedrooms directly overlook the beach, sea and harbour, you couldn't be closer. With the beach, town and Bridlington Spa all within a few minutes walk you won't be short of things to do. An excellent base to enjoy Bridlington or to explore the glorious coasts of East and North Yorkishire.
