On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. The cabin has 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds (9-10 can be arranged), 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. Laundry room. Cozy cabin right on the seafront, with the fjord as the closest neighbor. The cabin consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and loft. Plus, there is a great barbecue house. Here you can enjoy quiet days at the fjord or you have a good starting point for getting around the many sights and activities the area has to offer. The cabin can be used throughout the year, summer and winter. It takes approx. 10 minutes by car to Stryn city center. To Loen Skylift about 15-20 minutes.

The chalet is at the end of a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Hydla climbing park is within walking distance. In winter you may enjoy ski in/ski out facilities at Stryn Winterski and amazing cross country facilities. The cabin has 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms with 13 beds in total; 3 bedrooms on the main floor and two on the 2nd floor. 3 of the bedrooms have family bunk beds.
