This newly renovated holiday apartment in a detached house is located in a quiet and peaceful location in the heart of Horneburg, tucked away at the end of a traffic-free street and just a few minutes' walk from the train station and large supermarkets. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and a large sofa that can also be used for a comfortable sleep if desired. A new kitchen is equipped with a table and six chairs, as well as all other necessary kitchen utensils.

Enjoy the special flair of a 200-year-old, thatched farmhouse, one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses in the village. You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. With great passion for the mid-century style and bikes of all kinds and we have set up our '70s bungalow. From here you can easily explore and experience the Altes Land with Hamburg, but also Buxtehude, Stade and the Elbe up to Cuxhaven. But of course, the house is just as suitable as a temporary home office (Airbus near Stade + Finkenwerder) or for simply a relaxing break in the countryside.
