The apartment was very nice with a modern design and exceptionally clean! Good location just a short walk from a Tesco’s for any essentials Host was responsive even when it was late and allowed me a late checkout free of charge! Thanks again, would highly recommend!

The place was good in terms of hygiene, safety and available things inside the room. It's a bit far from main romford but we could easily commute through public transport. The bathroom was alright, we had minor issues with drainage but nothing too problematic The walls are a bit thin but we had no trouble sleeping since it's a very quiet area there was alot of sunlight coming through the kitchen window but Lulu helped us with that overall it's a bit on the expensive side but since it's definitely newly built and well maintained and hygienic, we were okay with the deal

Very interesting property. Very quiet especially at night. Very well appointed with all mod cons and comfortable bed. Definitely felt like home from home. Easy location to find with hassle free parking. Having previously lived nearby we know the area very well so we didn't need local information but guidance was available if needed. What made it really special though were the hosts. They were on hand for any queries or assistance and went over and above in terms of helpfulness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and definitely will use again.

Dionne was immensely warm, welcoming and jovial. She’s very approachable and understanding and is happy to make both ends meet, she’s quite flexibly accommodating, despite her absence, in the duration of the vast majority of my stay, she still kept in touch and checked on me regularly to see whether I was comfortable and was very helpful and supportive, throughout. I really felt at home, every step of the way and I’ve established a very good rapport with her and cannot wait until my next stay with her. She’s got quite the ambience to her. The place is preciously peaceful, in a quiet location.
