The holiday home is a fantastic symbiosis of history and modernity! A several hundred year old house with romantic charm has been combined here with the amenities of today: underfloor heating, modern kitchen, dimmable light. Really great! In addition, the great location in the middle of the old town, very quiet and with a great park right outside the door. Everything was clean and super equipped. Even fresh tulips were at the table! In addition, Marina arranged a bike rental for us - a great service! We rarely had such a great vacation rental!

We were warmly welcomed by Andrea personally and she showed us around. The house is nicely and comfortably furnished and has two absolute highlights with the barrel sauna and the massage chair. In cooler weather, you should plan enough wood (note extra costs) to heat with the fireplace. That's the only way to get the house nice and warm. No problem for us. Slippers or thick socks are still recommended. The hiking trails in the area are great and we enjoyed the time overall very much! Many thanks and best regards from Josefin and her dog Rubi :)

Beautiful, quiet location, large garden. Room nice and spacious, large, open kitchen. Everything very clean and cozy.

We spent a few days in the area to look at Hameln, the Externsteine and the Hermann Monument. The house is comfortably furnished and clean, it has everything you need. Beautiful large outdoor area for use, with grill and seating. Despite the location in the holiday park, it is a quiet location and relaxed atmosphere.

We were with 14 people in the Suffelmühle over Easter. We enjoyed the time together very much while cooking, eating, playing, walking. Great area with castles nearby. Very quiet and peaceful. Thank you, Inga, for the beautiful hostel!

We had a very nice weekend among friends here. The house is cozy and very well equipped for cooking together. The rooms and beds were very clean and everything was in very good condition. We will be happy to come back.

We had a relaxing time in this beautiful forest house. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail and nothing is missing, especially the kitchen is super equipped. The large garden invites you to relax and the children will also find play opportunities.

We searched for the slightly different place to stay for a close after a 60km bike tour and found it here. Easy to reach by ebike, we were even able to load it overnight. We enjoyed the sauna in the evening. Everything very nice, clean and furnished with love for detail. I'm sure we'll be back in the summer, so we can take advantage of the spacious pool ☺️

Marion's place is beautiful! The garden is gorgeous and the pool is clean. The apartment (Anton) is very cosy, all little details create a welcoming and warm ambiance. Our dog was very welcome too. We would love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had booked a 4-day stay and wanted to celebrate Christmas with the family near the accommodation. But then everything changed. Thanks to Heike's flexibility and understanding, we were able to spend a relaxing time in the beautiful apartment (decorated with a lot of love, for every little detail). We had booked with Marion, but completely outside of her mistake, the Airbnb turned out to be fully booked. So the listing should not have been online, because there was actually nothing to book! So for us, we didn't end up being there. Marion was very friendly but didn't speak English which was a bit tricky with my bad German. She was very helpful and friendly despite communicating and has ensured that the money was immediately refunded back to us! In short: we hope to stay with Marion someday and are happy that she could help us despite the miscommunication:)

Overall a really perfect stay. The house was exactly as presented and hoped. Plenty of space, plenty of sleeping options, sauna, bathtub, great kitchen and and and... Sabrina also left the pool "open" so that we could take ice baths before and after each sauna session. Simply phenomenal and highly recommended. Note on the four star categories. Here I was extremely petty. The location is on a busy road and not in the countryside - it didn't bother us, but maybe you should know. The apartment was also super clean and tidy but of course you notice that people usually live in it. And that didn't bother us, but it's not a five-star hotel. As mentioned - I was now very petty, so I don't give out five stars everywhere! 😅 But overall highly recommended for six people!

The place was just great!! Our little dog and cat were there. Everything was as described, the apartment is a dream. You feel right at home. The value for money is really good for what is offered in the apartment and the surroundings! Everything was very clean, everything worked and was self-explanatory. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again. The owners are very nice and responded immediately to any questions! Clearly 5 stars with distinction!

We stayed for just one night on our way back home, but it was a great experience. The location is very convenient — relatively close to the highway — yet quiet and peaceful. The place has everything you need, and I would happily choose it again, even for a longer stay.

My partner, our dog and I had a wonderful weekend in Horn-Bad-Meinberg. The place was exactly as advertised, we felt very comfortable and we didn't miss anything. Many attractions are not too far away. The quiet location of the accommodation was perfect to escape the ordinary, we were awakened in the morning by birds chirping, it was all perfect. Thank you ☺️

We had a great stay at Michael's "super cozy" place! The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail, super equipped (kitchen, technology, light - everything great!) and simply invites you to feel good. Especially nice: the large terrace and the huge garden with barbecue! Despite the central location, you are completely undisturbed and have the whole cottage to yourself. Michael is a great host: helpful and responsive. I found the personal YouTube videos in advance very helpful and likeable. All in all, a really great place with character - we will be happy to come back!

I was a guest at Elke's. I enjoyed it very much. "Unfortunately" it was an accommodation for me after work, so I can't write much about things to do in the area, but the location is very idyllic and quiet, perfect for a hiking trip, for example. In the cottage itself, everything is available as described. I was able to sleep well, take care of myself, in summary, I didn't miss anything. Check-in and out were flexible and straightforward. The coordination with Elke worked out great. We didn't meet in person, but that wasn't a big deal. Thumbs up, and a clear recommendation. If the opportunity arises, I would like to come back. We really enjoyed it! The kids were happy with the animals in the area :) In general, the apartment is super equipped. Even spices, oils, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and soap were not missing. In addition, towels and bed linen are sufficiently provided. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊
