We were hosted very well by Philippe. The accommodation is very well provided with small touches (dish soap/coffee capsule/washing machine) welcome when you arrive. I recommend this listing.

The accommodation is completely new, atypical, and tastefully decorated. The terrace and patio are particularly pleasant on sunny days. The unit is very well equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. Some free parking is nearby. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Martin was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect! The accommodation is cozy and comfortable, everything is available to be comfortable (kitchen, outdoor dining table, condiments, toiletries, etc.) Our host was lovely and provided us with all the explanations and advice we needed. We'll be happy to go back!

Really excellent accommodation and owners!! Everything is impecc! Full of special touches on arrival (bottle of water in the fridge, coffee capsules, cupcakes etc.) The space was in great condition when I arrived! And Julie was really lovely, despite the fact that I made a mistake on my booking and I disturbed them a bit in their organization, Julie was lovely and helped me a lot. The apartment was quiet, spacious and well-equipped with a strategic geographical location for visiting caves, museums, the city of Carcassone, the Canal du Midi, beautiful hiking loops...

The apartment was impeccable, clean and with everything you need, including some complimentary details (coffee, tea, bottle of wine...). The accommodations that have been made in the house have achieved very good results. The area where it is located is very quiet, although the narrow streets make it difficult to reach by car. The rooms are enough for about 6 people with spaciousness. There are three full bathrooms. And a terrace that, in good weather, goes very well for eating, sunbathing or barbecuing. The host, Priscille, very kind and always ready for what was needed. In sum, very good option, a few kilometers from Beziers.

The penthouse is exactly as pictured, beautiful, large and in a very peaceful environment. We had a great time, there is plenty of room to be perfectly comfortable for 9 people. The location is perfect, quiet in the heart of nature, and close to many places to visit.

A charming home with tasteful and super well-equipped decor. The garden/terrace area is very nice with the hot tub. It feels like a vacation home. Thanks to Marielle for her support and kindness, to make sure everything was okay. A beautiful place to visit the surroundings with family (Narbonne, Beziers, Gruissan)

Spacious and comfortable house close to the sea. We were 5 adults and 3 children and we were comfortable. It has everything you need: glasses, plates... except bed linen and towels. Annick and her husband are very nice and accommodating. We had a lovely long weekend, I highly recommend it.

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

Mr, Philip is very kind person and we enjoyed a lot at his house. beach view and near by restaurants are plus. he is quick and responsive. I like the beautiful plants and artistic view of him in designing small decorative things. we will visit again for sure. Vacation apartment matching the photos, with the little extras that make a great stay. Jean Philippe is very proactive and allowed us to enjoy the place. And the cherry on the cake is Veronique who helped us a lot, coming to see us to answer our questions, he is adorable.
