Its geographical location allows access in 40 minutes to the beaches, 40 minutes to the City of Carcassonne, 20 minutes to the large buffets of Narbonne and 10 minutes to the highway exit. Cottage for two people at the gateway to Les Corbières, located between the sea and Cathar castles. Private, air-conditioned accommodation, not overlooked, amid vineyards for a stay for two in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Upstairs, there is a single room without a partition, with a 200x200 bed, a walk-in shower, and a whirlpool bathtub. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area, a separate toilet, and a terrace for outdoor dining. The place doesn't have wifi.

Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Composed of the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet upstairs. Bath sheets and towels are not provided but can be provided for an extra fee. the gîte is next to a restaurant "Le Petit Louis" 50 m from the Canal du Midi, on the edge of which you can walk or bike to Lake Jouarres.
