Very friendly host, but difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. A clear email in advance, which allows you to enter immediately upon arrival. Spacious garage where you can put your car dry and let your ski stuff dry. The house is dated, but that was already visible in the pictures. Still, everything was clean! The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen also has everything you need: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea. For the kids, there were games and a playsyation. Behind the house is a lawn where the dog could sniff. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it is about 20 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Winterberg. In summary, it is a nice, spacious, somewhat dated, clean house with plenty of space inside and outside. Friendly hosts and good location to relax.

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8. We enjoyed the house, activities in the park and the little lake. The house was very comfortable and modern. Perfect stay for 2 families.

Former farmhouse attractively converted into a vacation home. Located in the middle of a beautiful village and beautiful surroundings. Our three-day family reunion was very successful. Young and old were highly satisfied.

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

The absolute highlight is the wellness area with pool, sauna and solarium under absolute privacy. The 2 hours agreed daily for the benefit of this area are completely sufficient. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the A7, so it is also very easy to reach. However, the noise of the A7 is audible, with the infinite bird concert from all corners covering this noise. When the door and windows are closed, you don't hear it, so it doesn't bother sleep. Wifi comes from the main building and is relatively weak. There's another guest wifi, as seen on Airbnb, but it's not working. I couldn't understand why the wifi distributor in the bedroom should serve. The phone number on Airbnb is not working Communication via text is flawless. Response in seconds and always positive. I wouldn't call the appartment dirty. However, a thorough cleaning in corners and edges seems long overdue.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball track and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful wooden house, cozy and inviting. Beautiful garden great for younger children. Everything is as described and you can get to the hustle and bustle of Willingen quite quickly by car. Only the check-in and check-out time is at a Weekend stay a little late or early. But after inquiring, we were allowed to check out later. Thanks again for that.

We were very pleased. Elke was nice and straightforward. The barbecue facilities on the farm were very welcome. Likewise, the beautiful village playground with a small soccer field - just the right size for us and the children. We also liked visiting the open village church. In the house itself, we had more than enough space with 14 people.

As a family of 9 people and one dog, we spent a wonderful weekend in a fantastically beautiful and very exceptional house! There was nothing missing and we were also surprised by very loving details (treats for the dog, sweets for the people😉)! A really nice house and totally comfortably furnished. Our kids didn't want to go home anymore. What I did not quite understand in the description, it is 2 bedrooms not 3. What was super fine for us, the children would have slept in a room anyway.

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). The house is incredibly beautiful and tidy! We had a very relaxing time there and made ourselves comfortable in the evening in front of the fireplace!

Wonderful house, very nicely decorated, you immediately feel at home. The kitchen is super well equipped as well as the rest of the house! It's great for kids too, since there's a lot of equipment. From dishes to toys and travel cribs. You can take super nice walks in the area. We would book it again, thank you very much!

Thomas’s place is located in the quiet countryside not too far away from a major city. The place was nice and tidy. The host was very responsive and polite. Thank you for a nice stay.

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+
