Vacation rentals with a patio in Holzminden

Large spacious bright apartment with view of the countryside. We immediately felt very comfortable. Everything we needed. Shopping within walking distance. Gesa was very friendly and responsive. We would love to come back any time!

Apartment quite large and equipped with the amenities described. Peace and quiet both in the house and in the surrounding area. They rest undisturbed. The owner was always responsive and kind. Adequate price.

We spent a weekend here with the family and loved it. We were there with seven adults, one child and our dog. The house is really a dream! It is very nicely decorated and offers many opportunities to sit together nicely (two living rooms and a great conservatory). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds - there are three bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed - are very comfortable. The house is very nicely located directly on the Weser. Right in front of the house you can park for free. The city center of Bad Karlshafen is within walking distance. In addition, a Netto and two bakeries are within walking distance. It was special that Eckhard (one of the hosts) welcomed us at check-in with coffee and cinnamon rolls :). We highly recommend the place for a stay

Top host and place to stay.

We stayed at the property for one night. We liked it because of the good location. We didn't realize that the rooms were not completely separated, but otherwise everything was good, although not quite cheap. But the contact was very nice and helpful.

We were 3 women and 2 dogs and felt comfortable. It was all very straightforward and the fully fenced small garden was great and safe for the dogs. The kitchen was super equipped and everything was very clean. We missed a living room in which we could have stayed together or who could have stayed or been, while others have already been in bed or already awake. We had overlooked the fact that there is no such a room and also that one bedroom has no door and is a walk-through room to the kitchen. This was not a big problem for us and Pavel said that he has already found an improvement and will implement it soon. Great that he's worried. The location was great and you could start many great hikes in no time. The restaurants were also super quick to reach by car. I would stay with Pavel again, even if there is still room for improvement. Clear recommendation!

Those who want to be quiet and beautiful are in good hands there. We had 2 wonderful days at this house with 3 kids and dog. Great and very tastefully decorated...

We were warmly welcomed by Andrea personally and she showed us around. The house is nicely and comfortably furnished and has two absolute highlights with the barrel sauna and the massage chair. In cooler weather, you should plan enough wood (note extra costs) to heat with the fireplace. That's the only way to get the house nice and warm. No problem for us. Slippers or thick socks are still recommended. The hiking trails in the area are great and we enjoyed the time overall very much! Many thanks and best regards from Josefin and her dog Rubi :)

Such a cool space! Perfect combo of historic and modern. The kids loved the loft bedroom. We took a train to Hameln and grabbed a taxi to the house (only $10 euros). Once there, we walked everywhere. You’re a few blocks from the Main Street and square. House was clean and beds comfortable. My only regret is we didn’t stay an hour extra day to relax in the garden/patio.

We had a very nice weekend among friends here. The house is cozy and very well equipped for cooking together. The rooms and beds were very clean and everything was in very good condition. We will be happy to come back.

We traveled with the whole family and felt very comfortable. Kathrin and Julia have a great place to stay that is highly recommended. The house is much bigger than shown in the pictures. We were completely satisfied.

We stayed at the property for the second time. It was very nice and cozy again. We'd like to come a third time. Totally quiet, the last house in a cul-de-sac, behind the house a little river, inside a cozy stove and a cozy kitchen. A beautifully renovated half-timbered house. You can see the neighbor's chickens, have a lot of space in the garden and behind the house. A real gem. Communication with Ina is also excellent.

Very cozy house in the middle of the hills and forests between Detmold, Lemgo and Blomberg. Except for Marcus on the first floor, you have no neighbors and can do your own thing. The individual rooms are individually and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need, including some ways to make cultivated noise. I can only recommend it. Dalborn as a pretty little village with a restaurant is within walking distance, the sights of the area within 15-20 minutes by car.

Beautiful home far beyond the photos on the site. Very spacious, very quiet, functional and well-equipped. Karsten is a considerate and available host despite the language barrier (we are French). Shops nearby, a few kilometers by car. And beautiful walks to take in the nearby forest. Don't hesitate! Book without a second thought. Thank you for everything.

Like every stay in this apartment, this one was not only pleasant, but perfect. We feel very comfortable and communication always works smoothly. Ms. Schönlau and Mr. Schönlau are great hosts and the apartment is large, great and comfortably furnished. As a family, there is no other option for us than this apartment! 😊The two balconies invite you to linger and barbecue. With the existing grill and the well-equipped kitchen, you can get started. The living room is cozy. The bedrooms have extremely comfortable and always clean beds. The neighborhood is quiet. The surroundings are very nice for walking and relaxing. In addition, all tourist highlights are easily accessible from this starting point. We always like to come and look forward to the next stay soon. Thank you!

We had a very good stay at Birgitt’s! We were a family of 2 + 1 year old baby + a dog looking to escape into something quiet and relaxing on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything it needs to make a stay pleasant! The village is very peaceful, green, nice field is nearby to walk the dog. Thank you for the hospitality!

All passed good. Nothing was missed. All are in accordance with apartment description and previous reviews. Can just add: very spacious apartment with ideal silence , you do not hear any noise from the neighbours or from the street and you can sleep on very comfortable beds in ideal silence. The house itself is a new one with very thick walls and it makes apartment very very worm inside. Usually, these types of the house are not available for renting. All clear, with good new furniture and without any unnecessary details. Easier checking in and out with mini safe No remarks. Definitely recommended for renting !

Our stay at the farm was simply fantastic. The surroundings are idyllic, quiet and perfect for getting away from it all. We were particularly impressed by the atmosphere: Carsten and Sandra were warm, helpful and always open to conversation. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. Children also get their money's worth here – with plenty of space to play, petting for the animals and a real nature experience. A real insider tip for all horse fans and nature lovers!
