The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Two further cosy bedrooms for two people each are located in the basement.

Dear guests, Welcome to my newly completed vacation rental on beautiful Lake Tegernsee in Bad Wieesee. The apartment has been lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay. The highlight of the attic apartment is the large private balcony where you can enjoy the view of the Alps in the hanging chair. The lake promenade can be reached in a relaxed 10-15 minute walk.

The comfortable apartment on the 2nd floor with living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, small children's room and large balcony is ideal for families. A communal garden with barbecue facilities can be used. Your car is on the premises in the carport. Free use of washing machine and dryer Marschall is a small village near Holzkirchen, ideal for trips to Munich or the foothills of the Alps.
