Monthly Rentals in Holzham

We went on winter sports for two people for a week. A very nice stay and within walking distance of the ski lift and the city center. In addition, we were well received upon arrival and Leo and his partner are very friendly. The stay was referred to as a basement, but this didn't feel like it at all. For a week of winter sports, this location is ideal! A small side note: the stay was offered as an apartment located in the basement. It doesn't feel like that at all. You have enough space and exposure from outside. The ski resort is huge and with a ski pass you have 290 km of slopes. By means of gondolas, all ski resorts are connected to each other. In short: for a week of winter sports, Haus Leo and the ski resort are ideal!

We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

Great place with upscale amenities and lots of extras. Great location for excursions and at the same time quietly surrounded by nature. Very quick and friendly communication with hosts.
