We had the most magical stay at the Lodge in Holmbury St. Mary. From the moment you walk into the cottage you feel right at home. It's beautifully decorated with beautiful artwork and cozy surroundings. You have everything you need right at your fingertips. We spent time on the back patio enjoying the peaceful landscape, and evenings watching movies (like "The Holiday") with the cozy log fire. We had so much fun exploring everything that is located within walking distance from the Lodge; Leith Hill, Holmbury Hill, Heartworks Coffee, and the Kings Head Pub and The Royal Oak Pub which are located in Holmbury. The town of Holmbury is so quaint, with so much history, we just loved walking around and taking it all in. We also visited the beautiful town of Shere as well. We will definitely be back! Our host Hope was incredible, she was so responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. The forest around the Airbnb is amazing and full of nice hikes. The host is very helpful suggesting walks and good pubs around.

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.
