Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Stova has me kept in old style. The house is located on a farm where there is a sheepholding. Great space if you want to roleize surroundings . We have a cat on the farm. Nice view over Sognefjord. About 1,5 km to convenience store.(Mon-Fri 11-1730 Sat 10-14 Feios is a small village located 2 miles from Vik. Lots of nice hiking opportunities. You have the nature surrounding you . Can go mountaintura from the door.

We had a fantastic stay at Ola's house! the house is large and has four beds, each large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. Excellent blackout curtains kept out the summer sun. The kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the big table where all 5 of us could sit together (with room for 3 more!). The bathroom was large and very clean. We appreciated having a washer and a dryer. Best of all, Ola was great about accommodating our unusual check-in time request! We walked for about 20 minutes from the ferry stop to get to the house, but it was a safe, flat, easy walk that we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this house in beautiful Balestrand.

Fully equipped comfortable house with great views right on the fjord. Very modern and tasty. However, it is also located directly below the E39.

Tore's house has beautiful views of the fjord from the upstairs living area and balcony. It is in a peaceful location but an easy walk into Balestrand, which has good facilities. We would really recommend Balestrand as a destination for a few days' stay. Thank you!

Johnny’s place is a super. It has all you need for a holiday place. It’s a short level walk to the centre and quayside. It’s in a quiet charming road. Many of the older villas have a history board outside giving info on their past. In Balestrand we did the fjord and glacier tour which I highly recommend.

A cozy seating area is positioned by a large window, offering views of the lake and mountains. Soft lighting is provided by a nearby lamp. A table holds decorative items, and a string of lights adds a warm touch to the space.

We went on our honeymoon to Norway and this cottage was one of our stops, we were very comfortable, and the views are stunning. The photos don't do it justice

We had an amazing stay in the van! We have been interested in van life for a long time and this was a great trial run. The van is very simple but has everything you need to be comfortable. We camped for free at multiple pull off spots and had beautiful views and privacy each time. You have the option to pay to camp with showers and bathrooms but we chose to find free spots. They provide necessities for cooking your own meals as well as chairs and a table. They were also very helpful in recommending places to visit during our stay. I can’t recommend enough!
