We enjoyed the stay 100%! Serge is the perfect host, accommodating, but always reserved, polite, friendly, helpful - we were just fulfilled every wish and nothing was missing in this luxurious, absolutely thoughtful place. High-quality appliances in the top equipped kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, baking paper, aluminum& plastic wrap, etc.), cozy sofa & toilet, nice bathroom, it was nice and warm (in cool April). We were able to wash our laundry and also let it dry in the dryer. In front of the windows were screens, good blackout curtains in the bedroom and nice screen during the day. You can park right in front of the property in a large parking lot, the car is always in view from the living room & kitchen. We will be back! We were immediately welcomed and welcomed very warmly by Ympkje. The apartment was beautiful as shown in the pictures and very very clean. In the bathroom, everything you needed was there. Lots of towels, hair dryer, shower gel & shampoo. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking. The apartment was very stylishly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. On the terrace you could enjoy beautiful hours of sunshine. Ympkje was very attentive and always asked if everything was okay. We were able to rent bikes and explore the area. We will definitely recommend the accommodation and will also be happy to come back !

Top location in the old town with beautiful views of a canal. Centrally located, everything within walking distance. Apartment very functionally furnished. Very clean. Amsterdam can be reached easily by car or train in about 45 minutes. We stayed in Alkmaar for 5 days and felt very comfortable. Ivar responded to questions very quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Baukje’s place! The apartment is beautifully designed, super cozy, and located in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood. Baukje is a truly warm and thoughtful host – we felt welcome and at ease right from the start. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and even better than expected. We’d come back in a heartbeat and can genuinely recommend staying here!

We stayed with a friendly couple and our dog for a week in the beautiful farmhouse of Chris and his family. It was super nice! The house was totally clean and had everything you could need. The kitchen is well equipped and had a stove that invites you to cook. In the morning you could see the lambs on the dyke from the window. The entrance to the dyke is right outside the door. Behind the dyke is still a small settlement, but you can walk to the water. A walk across the dyke is super nice anyway. Bikes can be rented in the village. There is a small fire pit in the garden and we were able to make day trips to Amsterdam and The Hague. Our bus also found good space at the premises. All around it was a wonderful week!

The place is much nicer than the pictures showed. We loved being there and regret not being able to be there any longer. The landlords are very hospitable and very relaxed personalities. If we come back to the area, we would love to stay there again.

Nice house with a little garden in a beautiful and quiet place (a neighborhood/park full of little similar houses). Plenty of space, cosy... The only thing to notice is that unless we didn't understand the TV is only useable as a smart TV, there's no antenna. It was not an issue at all for us as we used our phones to cast content to it. The city is nice, the region is beautiful. We spent two weeks there and are missing it already.

The house is located in an amazing environment: small canals where you can observe frogs and herons, and a stable adjoining the garden. The wild geese flew over our breakfast on the first morning! Very nice house. And idyllic location: visits to Etam, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Petten and Amsterdam. In short, a very nice stay!

I have nothing to complain about for our family accommodation. We traveled the wide area on bikes. We had our bikes locked in the shed. It was warm inside even on cold days. Marco and Carina are very kind, it was always nice to meet them. The entire province of Noord-Holland and Amsterdam is ideally accessible from the accommodation. Perfect for families with children for me. For us it was an amazing vacation.

I enjoyed to stay in Ton‘s house. It is in a great location for my purposes, as friends live only a few minutes away. It is a great house, very well equipped, clean and cozy. Even if it was cold, we enjoyed the garden at the water. The garden is fenced, so even my small dog could not escape. I will try to book again, when coming back into the region. Thank you, Ton

Anjas, apartment is conveniently located in the middle (seasonal🙃) of beautiful tulip fields. The beach is only a short drive by car - but also very easy to reach on foot or by bike. For us, the apartment was a very good location to explore the surrounding area and take long walks on the beach. The beach pavilions on the beach are top class. Friendly - accommodating - fairly priced! (We know different ones on the DE side of the North Sea😉. All in all: we'll be back All the best Esther and Oliver

Great location close to the beach, the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The communication with Tildy was really great, she responds quickly to questions and gave good tips.

We are a family with 2 children and were in the apartment for the 2nd time. The location is very central in mountains and on foot within 10 minutes from the center. The apartment is very spacious, clean, very nicely styled and very comfortable. We will definitely book again next time.

Miep & her husband work very hard to make sure the people at the bnb are well taken care of. Staying at this farm was beautiful. Me & my partner woke up to beautiful peacocks outside our window every morning and could walk around the stables and pet horses! The area was clean & easy to manage. Best part of the nights was the hosts giving us wood, fire starters, & matches to start a fire & sit by the fire under a million stars with my partner. Remember that it is a farm! You are going to hear mice occasionally trying to get in the bag of chips at night while asleep in the kitchen! But!!! there are places in the Airbnb to keep it safe. Miep & her husband thought of every possible way to make our stay welcoming & safe! I would 100% be back the next time Im in the netherlands!

Had a wonderful time in Amsterdam and Elles's place was very convenient! It had everything we needed and was located near multiple transportation options. Would definitely stay here again!
