Waterfront cottage with motorboat

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Unique accommodation for families and friends

Experience the peace, space, charm, and coziness of a stay in this unique farmhouse accommodation on the former hayloft. And enjoy the long summer evenings under the covered terrace, while watching the sun slowly disappear. A perfect base for a pleasant walk or a bike ride to the beach and dune areas, or in the spring, to the flower bulb fields. In the historic center of Schagen, there are many restaurants and cafes, as well as a covered shopping center.

Sea and Lake

Relax in our spacious guest house and discover the wide range of recreational opportunities in the Kop van Noord-Holland with its wide sandy beaches and the vast bulb fields. Also near the Wadden Island of Texel and the former island of Wieringen. The Amstel Lake is 5 km away from us with various water sports opportunities. Pets are not allowed.

Take a break and relax in the countryside. Our studio is located on the 2nd floor, has a separate entrance and is accessible by stairs. Views over the countryside, which can change every year. The room includes a double bed, 2 luxury armchairs, TV, dining area, kitchen with refrigerator, combi-oven and separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
