We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly what we needed , clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. They really made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I will remember this place fondly! The briefing was thorough and very friendly. In the kitchen there was a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, in short... I didn't miss anything. Coffee pods available and the welcome beers were already in the fridge! The highlight is the large garden! Lots of fruit trees, gooseberries, currants, gooseberries, rhubarb and other vegetables! You can see that Jm works in it with a lot of love! My dog liked it too! We played with his ball on the big meadow every day! Jm is immediately available and helpful for questions! The 800m to the beach are correct and the beach itself is very beautiful! In short: I give it the top rating!

Great host, responsive and pleasant. Check-in at the accommodation was simple, well explained, same for checkout. The accommodation was great, it was clean, spacious and as described and shown in the photos. Lots of restaurants 2 min walk, and buses nearby to get to Amsterdam in 30 min. We had a great time. We felt very comfortable at Yvonne's! The apartment was clean and very modernly furnished. We were particularly pleased with the coffee machine with beans and an orange juice press with fresh oranges. The furnishings of the apartment, especially the kitchen, were very satisfactory. By car, we drove to the neighboring towns, the travel time to Alkmaar and Egmond aan Zee was absolutely fine, but Yvonne also had recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. Yvonne responded quickly to messages and we found the accommodation directly thanks to the detailed description. We would come back anytime!

The location is absolutely great for exploring the coastline. The beach is walking distance and the park that the chalet is situated on is very peaceful and clean. The host is also very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Overall, a great stay.

Very nice contact with Janneke. The apartment is well equipped. For our taste in style a little "baroque" (gold and bronze with a lot of fragrance), but that is a matter of taste. The apartment only has a hot plate, but it is good (induction), in addition there is an air fryer and a microwave. The mattresses of the two box spring beds are a little soft/sagging, but we prefer that to mattresses that are too hard. The surroundings are quiet and parking is not a problem.

We recently had the opportunity to visit the wonderful city of Alkmaar and chose to stay at Nonney's apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there - it's a cozy and lovely place, the apartment is clean and spacious, with its own courtyard, which made our stay even more comfortable. We could enjoy breakfast or dinner outside when the weather was nice. The apartment is located not far from the city center and the bus station. It is equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware, and even delicious coffee and tea. Nonney is a very kind and attentive host - she provided us with all the necessary information about interesting and useful places in Alkmaar and was always happy to respond to any of our requests. We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay.

Beautiful house, everything we needed, perfectly clean and we felt at home right away. The garden behind the house was also very pleasant to sit and the bonus was the morning visitors, 3 ducks that entertained us first thing in the morning 😊 Host Lukas responded very quickly and always helped Thank you 😊

Very good stay in this cozy, charming and spacious cottage, it has it all. Peaceful environment, a small supermarket is available on the corner. Well located, close to a train station (10-minute drive) if you want to go to Amsterdam. Smooth communication with Regina and Armin, the on-site welcome by Laura is very warm. Very available, good advice and very kind. A property to remember!

A nice cottage, very quiet, clean and in addition it was heated. We were 6 people and we had a pleasant weekend. We took the opportunity to visit Amsterdam and its surroundings, but also an outlet that is not very far where you cross a nice road in the middle of the sea. I thank the hosts for their responsiveness and availability. i hope to come back.

We were very satisfied, the sanitary facilities were a little small but sufficient for a vacation 😊 The living area and bedrooms were great. The beach is easily accessible by car as well as zoos. Overall very satisfied.

Very relaxing vacation with maritime "beach house flair"... arrive, enter and immediately arrive on vacation. The cottage is designed to the last corner with a lot of LOVE FOR DETAIL and there is NOTHING that does NOT exist. Very high quality (!!) amenities and top organized, you can find your way around right away. We were able to immediately dismiss our concerns that it could be too loud in a bungalow park, the tranquility on site was simply indescribable, we enjoyed a lot of time in the lovingly designed garden. The highlight: the fenced garden. Our dog enjoyed the stay, grunting and rolling on the lawn, on top... very nice contact and valuable insider tips that we could almost all implement. Dear Kirsten, thank you for creating this magical place, we will be happy to come back:-)

A cute little place to stay in a really cool little place right on the coast. There are very cool bars in the area.

Theo and his brother are really nice persons. They are especially welcome foreigners.

The apartment was very good, the view great, very clean and everything you need for a few days was available. Very central and everywhere was only a short distance away.

Perfect stay! The house is cozy, clean and well furnished, exactly as pictured. It's in a quiet area. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed us to prepare meals as if we were at home. The host was kind and helpful, gave us great tips on what to visit and where to eat. Highly recommended, we'd love to come back!
