Lovely vacation house with water fronted garden

A lovely modern vacation house with a private south facing garden right at the waterfront. Located very close to the IJsselmeer (2km) and a 18 holes golf course (2km). Our home is very comfortable and well equipped with a great kitchen, large walk-in shower, underfloor heating, private parking and a south facing garden with 2 terraces. The ground floor is open plan with views of the garden and water, separate laundry room and bathroom. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms again with great views

Renovated old farmhouse near the IJsselmeer

Geniet van rust, ruimte en gezelligheid in deze authentieke stolpboerderij. Onze boerderij is gebouwd in 1904 naar West-Fries model, en heeft naast boerderij gediend als garniturenwinkel. Toen wij de boerderij kochten was hij 116 jaar oud, en had het nodige achterstallige onderhoud. Stukje bij beetje renoveren we het huis, zo heeft het nu weer goed functionerende verwarming! De opbrengst van Airbnb stoppen we weer in het huis, zo zijn we nu aan het sparen voor het renoveren van het dak.

we felt very comfortable with Jan. very quiet and spacious rooms., pleasantly furnished. especially the view of the quite large pond, right in front of the terrace we appreciated a small spectacle at every weather. relaxed to the sea in about 12-15 min drive by car. all around a wonderful place to slow down! The tiny house is located on a nice camping side. The room is cozy and the kitchen and bathroom simple but nice. It's calm and close to the dike where you can go for a walk. The shower is a gem since you have the feeling of being outside by still being private. The tiny house itself is very clean on the inside. The kitchen and bathroom needed a quick fresh up when we arrived because it's outside and there happened to be some insects. All in all we recommend the place for a calm getaway.

The bungalow was very nice, clean, and very well stocked. It is in a beautiful park next to the IJsselmeer. Felix was great, super friendly and forthcoming, and helped us quickly with our inquiries. We recommend the place and our gracious host, and will hopefully be returning in the future.

We spent a week with our two dogs in this great cottage and the at least equally beautiful surroundings. We met Tinda in person upon our arrival. She is a very sweet person 😊 There were both "treats" for us and for the dogs. We found the bed very comfortable and it was wonderfully quiet in this place. We made great excursions in the area. My personal highlight and one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had was the "cuddling lamb" on Texel 😍 The beaches are also just a dream and our dogs had a wonderful time there!

Fantastic accommodation. You are already skeptical in the beginning, but you don't have to be at all. The boat is awesome, warm and you have the necessary space. It wobbles a little and is a little tight in places, but it's a boat and it's part of it.
