Monthly Rentals in Holiday Valley

Karin and her place worked out perfectly during my 2-week work trip to Dayton! She created a very cozy and livable space that most cookie-cutter Airbnbs simply don't have these days. I wish I had more time to spend here!

I stayed at this location for a month and was very happy with my stay! The location was safe, easy parking, had a nice running path nearby, and wasn’t far from grocery stores etc. the apartment itself was also very nice with a full kitchen and two bedrooms. My only critique is that there is a large window that looks into the entire place: very nice for lighting and watching sunsets, but there was no way to cover it so the entire street could look in. This paired with the shower being separate from the bedroom was slightly inconvenient but definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall, I would recommend staying here, either for a short weekend or a longer period!

Nice spot, very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. Good location too, close to all the stuff we wanted to be close to. You can hear the road noise, it's not bad but if you are a light sleeper may be a consideration. Overall very happy!

This is our 3rd stay at the Mud Creek property in the past 18 months. We visit our Mom who is confined to a wheelchair. This property is handicapped friendly and easy to move about within the interior. The back yard is also relaxing. It is extremely convenient to surrounding communities and restaurants. We’ll be back again! Thanks for everything Mud Creek!
