House vacation rentals in Holiday Valley

Easy to find. Great location for what we were in town for. So close to Kings Island (we weren't there for that), so it would be a phenomenal location for any visits there.

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Tyianna was a fantastic host. Communication was smooth and timely, which made everything easy from the start. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do, and the house itself felt just like home. My family kept saying how comfortable and welcoming it was. Would definitely stay again!

I used it as a working hub while remodeling my bathroom at home. Brought my two dogs along with me and they settled quickly. The backyard is just amazing. If you are looking for a cozy and secluded place in a quiet neighborhood, in a busy area, Matt's place would be a smart choice. I wish I did not work and could just spend my evenings in the backyard oasis sipping wine or enjoying the firepit or hot tub or a swimming pool during season. Lots of choices for a get-away place.

We had a great family stay in this airbnb while visiting Kings Island within a 10 minute drive. Many accessible stores and restaurants nearby. Pool, HotTub, and Fire Pit were great for on-site activities. Downsides: outdoor lighting was not all in operation, lighting that did work did not provide much visibility as it got darker and at night. Hot Tub filter notification said it was overdue to be serviced/changed. Hot Water in the master shower would only heat to lukewarm temperature.

We had a great long term stay at Jennifers. The place was comfortable and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The location is great for traveling the surrounding areas.

This quirky home leans into its midcentury modern roots and provided a unique, relaxing atmosphere for a nearby Wright State college tour at an extremely affordable price for our family. We loved gathering near the basement bar and listening to old records while catching up. The hosts were also very responsive and kind enough to let us wait indoors past check-out when we had car trouble. Great value!

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back during the summer. The home was cozy and perfect for our family. The family room downstairs was perfect for my boys and their cousins to hang out, play games and watch TV. The home was clean and plenty of clean linens. The only drawback was the water in the downstairs shower doesn't get very warm. I highly recommend staying here. This home was clean, Drew is fantastic with quick responses, and we felt safe. Great location - downtown Loveland is within 10 minutes.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

Carol’s place was exactly as described. The home was very large, and had plenty of space to spread out. We had a large group of all ages, and everyone had somewhere to sleep safely. I liked that there were two bedrooms downstairs, so there was enough accommodations for the people in our group that couldn’t safely do the stairs. I imagine it would be fun to stay in summertime when you could enjoy the outdoors as well! This will be our go to place for the Dayton area!

Fantastic and super convenient location for visiting the Air Force Museum - enjoyed our stay!

A great home base for our daughters’ horse show at WEC. So close to the facility and with all the nice touches of home so we could enjoy some family time together in the evenings. Our hosts checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months and being able to enjoy the big back yard and shade trees.

This was our second time staying and it’s perfect for us. Beds are very comfortable and the space is very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back for the same event next year.

Our stay at elsas was prrfect for our business trip. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Very clean, peaceful, safe and quiet place to stay for the month of December. Our kids enjoyed the yard. We enjoyed having a clean and safe place to come “home” to. Definitely recommend.

My husband, new baby and I stayed at Nicole's place for about 3 weeks and it was exactly what we needed. Nicole is very responsive and willing to fix things if needed to make your stay more comfortable. Everything was very clean, neat and had beautifully tasteful decorations. I also loved that there were large laundry machines that were easy to use. I have no complaints and will definitely stay at one of her rentals again if we're ever back in Dayton.
