We are located 1 block from Wittenberg University and walkable to downtown Springfield, Veteran's Park Amphitheater and some of Springfield's favorite restaurants and bars. Whether you are traveling alone or with family you will be able to relax in style. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern amenities. The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

Yellow Springs hosts festivals, art openings, theatre, live music and more. Surrounded by 2000 acres of woodland and rivers edge hiking trails in Glen Helen, John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge. Yellow Springs is a welcoming community to all races, cultures, sexual orientations. This is a comfortable, clean, old-fashioned home (quintessential YS), two blocks from downtown. It is a lived in home at the times Airbnb guests are not visiting. The neighborhood pleasant, quiet and safe. A separate small family apartment is attached to the Airbnb, similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please respect my home and neighborhood. No loud partying or loud music.

Our newly updated home is conveniently located just minutes from Yellow Springs, Clifton, neighboring Glen Helen Nature Preserve, and John Bryan State Park. Enjoy a cup of coffee or evening drink on the back deck overlooking our beautiful family farm often teaming with deer! Take in all that Yellow Springs offers from art galleries and unique shops to restaurants and breweries. We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

Ivory House by the Meadows

Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated, peaceful 1,950 square foot country get away. Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.
