Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Holiday Island

We love Ben's place! This is our second time staying, and I can guarantee we will be back next year. It's cute and comfortable, close to town, and has ample private parking right in front of the house! If you've ever been to Eureka you should know what that's worth! Super comfortable place with loads of amenities. You'll love it!

This property is so beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend. And our host was so great at communicating proactively. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the porch watching all the birds. Beautiful view of the lake. It was a wonderful home to relax and spend family time together. Definitely will come back.

We had a fantastic time at Christine’s Main House. It was an easy walk to downtown. It had plenty of space for everyone. It was super clean! And the hot tub was a perfect ending to the day of walking!! You MUST stay here when staying in Eureka Springs. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Her home was very welcoming! Lots of beautiful views of the lake from the back decks. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside and out. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors will smile and wave. If you need a good place that feels like home away from home this is it!

The Ridge house was great for our family of six and one dog. The proximity to Eureka Springs and the amenities in the home made our stay both relaxing and exciting! Ben & Jamie were proactive in their communications and made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Desiree’s lake house was absolutely amazing! I was impressed with the cleanliness and tasteful decor throughout the home. Our family of five enjoyed every moment we spent there! We soaked in the beautiful view while relaxing in the hot tub, went fishing off the dock and chilled out on the decks. Everything plus more was available to keep us comfortable and happy the entire weekend!!

Beautiful town house! We had a wonderful stay. The king size bed was very comfortable! Cute decorations and very cozy.

We enjoyed staying here. We got exactly what we expected from the description of the listing. Christopher was responsive and helpful. Check-in was simple. Furnishings were perfect for the accommodation. Not a complaint, but some plates/bowls would've been helpful for reheating leftovers or utilizing snacks we brought. Thanks Chris, we'll stay here again.

Cute place and comfy bed! Loved the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Quick walk to Main St, we walked down to watch the Mardi Gras parade. It was convenient having a parking spot.

The location is amazing. We were able to walk to everything downtown, which removed the frustration of finding parking. Loved that! Close to the activity, but oh so quiet. The views from the back porch and living areas are amazing. We will be back.
