Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Hol Municipality

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen und gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ausstattung der Küche war super! Wir kommen bestimmt sehr gerne wieder!

We had a nice stay at the small, cozy hut. Close to many Hills with a nice View from the bed. The kitchen hast everything you would need and there ist enough space for up to 4 people.

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Her er noen av opplevelsene våre av stedet da vi var her: Barna våre ble svært glade da vi kom til huset. De likte seg veldig godt her under hele oppholdet, både inne og ute. Det var en stor trampoline på fremsiden av huset, og en koselig trehytte på baksiden. Det er under fem minutter og gå til Hallingdal Feriepark fra huset. Det tar litt over 1 time og kjøre til Langedrag fra huset, og ca. 25 minutter til Tropicana Badeland på Gol. Det er flere ulike turmuligheter i området. Det var gode løsninger på kjøkkenet, badet og soverommene. Det er både oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel her. Huset og lokaliteten er super for barnefamilier. Det var godt renhold her. Verten var tilgjengelig hvis vi hadde spørsmål. Vi har allerede anbefalt denne boligen til familie og venner.

Værten er virkeligt flink og hjælpsom. Når vi havde brug for hjælp, var han der straks. Huset bærer meget præg af, at det er et “rigtigt” hjem, hvor der faktisk er lokale beboere uden for sæsonen. Det giver et meget hjemligt præg, som vi fandt hyggeligt. Fx var skabe og skuffer fyldt med private ting; legetøj, mobilopladere, ski briller, og alt muligt nips. Der betød dog også, at fx Køkkenet var lidt sjovt udstyret: 6 gryder, men ingen låg. Kæmpestort Walk in køleskab, men ingen brødrister, elkedel eller mikroovn. Og så fremdeles. Nå ja; og så fandt vi på dag 6 ud af, at der boede en anden familie i kælderen. 😂 Hvis I ønsker en IKEA udstyret klinisk leje-bolig, er dette ikke stedet for dig. Men hvis du ønsker en autentisk bolig med ENESTÅENDE udsigt og en fantastisk vært, så er dette klart stedet for jer, Tusinde tak til Alexander for et fantastisk ophold!

A simply wonderful place to enjoy the Norwegian upland, with ski trails from the door, super floor heating, warm historic vibe, and a comfy couch. It has two tables that seat six, a kitchen with tools, utensils and servingware to cook for a crowd of 12 (or more) and serve them coffee and wine, and a dishwasher for cleanup. It’s very well-equipped—like visiting an aunt with one of everything—so there was a right-sized ski pole when we broke one, an extra pulk and harness, plastic sleds for a small army of children, extra ski wax and tools, and the mudroom has long benches for booting on/off, and tons of hooks for hanging outerwear. When wood for the fireplace ran low, Bengt responded quickly.and had it delivered. There are tons of books in the Nordic languages as well as English on many topics including the local area and beyond. The market in Ustaoset is a short walk/ski, and Geilo was easy to reach by bus, train, or taxi for stores, dining, or a downhill ski. Love. This. Place.

Fantastisk sted å være med stor familie med kjæledyr, rolig og vakker sted som man bare ønsker å komme tilbake til. Ligger fint, privat ved vannet, skiløyper samt kort vei til alle fasiliteter. Over forventinger vakker, pyntet til Jul. Fantastisk koselig og ekte Julestemning. Hyggelig oh god kommunikasjon med husverten. Takker masse :-).

The place is well located. It's spacious. It has a well equipped kitchen. The hosts provided useful information about the surrounding area.

The cabin was very convenient and cosy, with beautiful traditional elements that make it a very authentic and special place to stay! In the evening we loved to sit in front of the fireplace, in the two nice relax chairs. We were with two adults and a dog. We can imagine the cabin can be a bit tight for 4 adults; with (smaller) children it will be OK. And for adults the extra (included) cabin, with extra beds and a bathroom, can be used. The cabin is situated directly at a skislope, very close to a skilift. Loipes are nearby. We were a bit unfortunate with the snow conditions but can imagine that the area is wonderful for crosscountry skiing (besides skiing). One minor thing to be aware of is that in winter you cannot park the car directly next to the cabin and you have to walk a bit up for about 70 (?) metres to the cabin, partly over the slope. It can be a bit slippery and if you bring lots of stuff, like we did, its a bit of a workout. But it is definitely worth it! 😉

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zu sechst (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) in Lieves Hütte. Die Hütte ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Haus aus hat man eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht auf den See und die Berge und kann direkt los wandern. Auf der Internetseite von Geilo findet man Tipps für Aktivitäten und Wanderrouten. Ein Tipp von uns für Regentage: die Kulturkirche in Geilo. Sie bietet neben Kunstaustellungen und einem Café (zu sehr fairen Preisen) eine Spielecke für kleine Kinder und einen Spielbereich für größere mit Billiard, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Schachspiel und Shuffletisch. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Clean , tidy and well equipped. The bathroom is an unusual shape but works well and has warm underfloor heating.

Great cabin perfect for a large group - we enjoyed the outdoor sauna, cooked a lot in the kitchen which was well equipped. Perfect location for hiking / skiing. Highly recommend.

Hurtigt svar og fleksibel med ændret ankomst. Hytten lå tæt på pisterne og det var muligt at parkere vores bil i garage.

Torsteins stuga var toppfin, riktigt kul med pingisbord. Rymligt, välkomnande och fint inrett. Allt man kan önska sig. Svarade snabbt när jag ställde frågor och skickade löpande relevant och bra info inför och under vistelsen. Topp topp!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i lejligheden, som er meget hyggelig, ren og med smuk udsigt. Nem kommunikation med Elin. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Super fijne hut. Deze is voor vijf personen geschikt, dus met z’n tweeën hadden we meer dan genoeg ruimte. Goed en rustig parkeren. Supermarkten, horeca, winkels in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Mooie omgeving, ideaal voor motorrijders.

We are a family of 10 who stayed at this cabin and it was extremely comfortable. The layout of the house was nice with plenty of room for gathering in the kitchen and living room (the recliner is so comfortable, I'm going to buy myself one just like it!) as well as comfortable bedrooms. Cooking in the kitchen was no problem as it was well stocked with everything we needed (pots/pans etc). Location was perfect for being in the countryside, but it was close enough to grocery stores, train station, and the city center of Geilo that there was no problem traveling there and back multiple times (a day trip on the train to Flam is doable and beautiful, I highly recommend it). It was so close to the Ruperandan and easy to access. This is a highlight of the property! Ski in/out from your front door in the winter time! Terje was an excellent host and always communicated thoroughly and in a speedy manner.

Fantastisk flott og moderne hytte som ligger utrolig sentralt til. Vertene svarer alltid veldig raskt, og man føler at de virkelig er opptatt av en god brukeropplevelse. 5 stjerner ble gitt på alle vurderinger, og jeg og mitt reisefølge har ingenting å utsette på oppholdet. Vi er strålende fornøyde.

We had an incredible stay at this charming cabin in Hemsedal. The cabin was beautifully maintained, spotless, and had all the comforts of home. The bedrooms were lovely and cozy, and they looked exactly like the photos and descriptions. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy and warm, perfect to relax with the family. The cabin’s location is ideal, so close to biking and hiking trails! We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hosts, including clear instructions, quick and friendly communication, and local recommendations that made our trip even better. We will definitely be coming back for the ski season! Thank you for a great stay Dinara!

Virkelig en dejlig hytte med alt det nødvendige for at skabe gode rammer om en perfekt ferie uge. Udsigten til Hallingskarvet er fantastisk ! Godt udgangspunkt for vandring og køreture i området. Kun positive oplevelser herfra !

Very cosy cabin with a great view of mountains in the dostant, which included all we needed for a few days of skiing with the family.

Velutstyrt og utrolig pen hytte, sentralt med strålende utsikt morgen som kveld. Ida var veldig hyggelig og svarte raskt. Hytten var ren, interiøret veldig fint med mye fine detaljer. Kvalitet over både hytte, stemning, beliggenhet og vertskap.
