Very nice cabin! We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and practical Ellen's cabin was. Large and comfortable living room with one well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were delicious and modern. Ellen was flexible with check-in and checkout and always responded quickly if we had any questions. The cabin is nicely located, with great views and only a short car ride to cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. Highly recommend!

Very nice and cozy cottage with all facilities. Lovely view, newly renovated and pretty cabin, and nice surroundings to walk in. Very lovely with a walk in the hot tub after a long ski trip.

We had a great stay at Ingrid’s place. We were two families with 5 kids ranging between 10- 4. They loved the place- it was big and spacious, great for hide and seek. They played loads both inside and out- had a great time! The cabin is beautiful, airy, spacious, great views, comfortable. We even got to see northern lights which was a great bonus for the visiting brits. Would thoroughly recommend this place, and we would all love to come again. Thank you!

Very nice and cozy cabin. Idyllic outdoor space! All our clean and tidy. Ski tracks in the immediate area. We had a lot of fun with the sauna and the stomp. We had a great stay.

It has been a great pleasure and luxus to stay at Eirik's house in Hemsedal. Called "the View" / Udsikten say's it all; fantastic view from the house to mountains and valley of Hemsedal. House was a fantastic place for our family holiday with great rooms, and especially the big room for kitchen and living room was perfect for us. Furthermore Eirik have been very responsive on any of our questions; great help before and during our stay. So we look forward to visit "Udsikten" again.

We had a really nice time. Beautiful cottage, equipped with everything. Everything has been thought of, both for adults and small children. We traveled with 2 young children by plane, so it was very nice that we didn't have to bring too much stuff. The view is stunning. Beautiful veranda. The kitchen is well equipped. Good beds. We were very happy that we were allowed to use sledges and cross-country skiing. Ingrid's hospitality and the look of the cottage makes it really feel like home. Note that the village of Äl is about a 20-minute drive away. The village has a good supermarket and a few nice shops. We really liked the TID kafe for lunch and coffee. We had rented a 4x4 car, we were very happy with this. We had to deal with a lot of snow during our stay, and freezing the way to the cottage. Until Äl the road is fine, but to the house (still 8 km) the road is steep and in winter it can be snowy or icy.

Frode's house is beautifully situated in nature. Frode is very nice and helpful. Cleaning the house is not a problem for two. But it would be good if someone did a real spring cleaning.

It was our 5th time at Ragna’s place and we enjoyed it a lot again! Beautiful cozy cabin close to skiing and hiking tracks. Ragna is very good at communicating and providing tips for the stay.

This is a good vibe place that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. It’s close to good hiking opportunities. We had a lovely vacation here and would gladly return.

Ideal getaway with a beautiful view!

We are a family of 10 who stayed at this cabin and it was extremely comfortable. The layout of the house was nice with plenty of room for gathering in the kitchen and living room (the recliner is so comfortable, I'm going to buy myself one just like it!) as well as comfortable bedrooms. Cooking in the kitchen was no problem as it was well stocked with everything we needed (pots/pans etc). Location was perfect for being in the countryside, but it was close enough to grocery stores, train station, and the city center of Geilo that there was no problem traveling there and back multiple times (a day trip on the train to Flam is doable and beautiful, I highly recommend it). It was so close to the Ruperandan and easy to access. This is a highlight of the property! Ski in/out from your front door in the winter time! Terje was an excellent host and always communicated thoroughly and in a speedy manner.

The accommodation was amazing set in a spectacular location. perfect for the 6 of us and close to Geilo and othe amenities. this was a fantastic base for our Norseman preparations and highly recommend it.

My Labrador Otto and I felt very comfortable with Elisabeth: The house is in a great location with dream panorama of the alpine mountains around Geilo, very tastefully furnished and well equipped. My highlight was the spacious terrace, which invited you to linger in the evening with a great view. Despite the quiet location, all major facilities in Geilo can be reached within 10 minutes. Therefore, I will be happy to come back!

Super cozy home in beautiful surroundings with great views. We were greeted by fresh flowers on the table and the cabin was heated upon arrival. We've had a great skiing holiday over the New Year, the cabin is just perfect. Snow was cleared every day to the house. Incredibly cozy cabin with lots of room for 2 families.

Martine's cottage was ideal for our ski holiday in Hemsedal: only 10 minutes walk from the ski slopes. The cottage is separate from the other rental apartments, making it very quiet. The cabin is very practically furnished and everything is available to spend some nice vacation days. We really loved the authentic decor of the cottage. Lots of natural light can come in through the various windows and you will have a wonderful view of the mountains and ski slopes. We didn't have a car, but there is a small supermarket a 10-minute walk away and the center with several supermarkets and restaurants is a 25-minute walk away.

We, parents and two teenage boys, have spent a week's winter holiday in Wenche's large cabin in beautiful Geilo. The cabin is peacefully located on the Vestlia side with great views of both alpine areas in Geilo. We enjoyed the good space in the cabin, the well equipped kitchen and the very peaceful location. The cabin is simple and nicely decorated and is very easy to feel at home in. It appears very well-maintained. Wenche is a very sweet and attentive host, and has been quick to respond to our inquiries. We would love to come back!

Our second stay at the lovely cottage of Merete. The last time we visited it was summer. This time we got to experience the place in the winter. The cabin is especially comfortable and unique with thorough interiors and architectural solutions. The sauna in the yard gives the stay an extra luxury. The area is unique - summer and winter with magnificent nature. Merete is a lovely host who goes above and beyond to be quick to respond. We would gladly came again.
