Mixed weather allowed us to enjoy the beach for a couple of days before braving the bad weather to sightsee further. Location allows for a great mix of relaxation and being a tourist in the beautiful north. Thanks again Jo-Ann and we will be back.

Sehr schönes, super gepflegtes Appartement mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung des Appartements war hervorragend, in der Küche fehlte es an nichts, alles war blitzsauber, und es gab zusätzlich viele gut durchdachte Details, wie z. B. den Kosmetikspiegel im Bad. Die Qualität der Betten war super. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

What a gem! Absolutely gorgeous spot - there are many things to do in the area and I still had a hard time getting everyone out of the house - All they wanted to do is enjoy the space and the incredible view from the deck with private beach entry 😄 The house is equipped very well with everything you may need in the kitchen and great outdoor living amenities The beds were comfy and fresh flowers around the house were a lovely touch Thank you again for hosting us Ceri/Elaine - will definitely be back and already recommended your place to all my friends

We loved everything about Jenny's place. It is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed - with extras like manuka honey and homemade jams and pickles. The setting is beautiful with lovely views and a short walk to a fabulous river pool where we swam every day. Tranquil, restful - a relaxing retreat but with lots to do in the surrounding area (including forest walks). We didn’t get to meet Jenny and Mike but their neighbours were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Russel for almost a week with our two children (4 and 5 years) and we had a great time. The apartment is very spacious and clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect in the middle of Russel, and with the wharf and beach right around the corner. We fell in love with Russel!! It’s a very lovely and beautiful place. The host was helpful in her communication and everything went smoothly. The only downside with the apartment is that the terrass sometimes smells quite a lot from the fish- and chips place below (because the chimney is placed right next to the terrass). However - overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend!!

Shelley & Graham were amazing hosts, incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable of the local area. They made our stay in Paihia feel like home away from home, and the guest suite was more than we could have expected ! We will definitely be staying there next time we are in town !

Jenny's appartment is very well located. We could walk everywhere. The break from driving is nice! Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipes. Honorable mention for tissues in every room and the clothes line!

Although the weather wasn’t great, our stay was lovely. Peter and Jacqueline let us know right away that the spa was broken but that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible. They even brought us chocolates to make up for it. We were very happy to get to use it on our last morning. The view was fantastic!

This is a an awesome house for groups. There was a cyclone when we visited and the host was so kind and helpful. It has so many games and things for the kids to do! Poor table and darts for the adults and table tennis table for the kids was definitely a God send on those very stormy days. It is the most peaceful setting and we loved the spa pool. We enjoyed our stay so much, as the house is equipped for entertaining. Thanks to the host for helping us out with extra things during the storm! Much appreciated.

Also, a great selection of books to while away the hours 🙂 We had the generous bonus of using the down stairs spa as there were no guests. perfect!

Unique location above the marina. It was great to spend time on the deck watching the comings and goings of all the boats. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The Marina Cafe across the carpark had great meals that we ate there two nights in a row. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
