Relax with the whole family at this lovely summerhouse at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms, as well as an annex connected to the house. Two rooms with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed, as well as an annex with a sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and the main house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. We are renovating on an ongoing basis, so there may be changes compared to the pictures.

Cozy, older cottage close to the water. Lovely garden in the woods and nature. The cottage is only a 5-minute walk to the family-friendly Gudmindrup beach. Beautiful sunsets can occur :) The house has 2 great terraces, so depending on where the sun is, you can enjoy it outside. There are lots of cozy spots in the garden with heather. The house has a large living room with a new kitchen. In addition, there is a master bedroom with space for 2, as well as an extra room with 3 sleeping places + 1 mattress. The house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

Are you dreaming of a real cottage atmosphere? Then you are very welcome in my cozy cottage. The house is located on a huge natural plot with a campfire and a trampoline - close to one of Denmark's best beaches with dunes and a kilometer-long sandy beach. The lovely open terrace offers ample opportunity to enjoy the sun, and if rain begins to fall, you just seek shelter under the half roof. The house is child-friendly with a trampoline, playhouse, balance bikes, soccer goal, games, baby cutlery, etc. as well as an Ikea high chair.

(Power consumption about 20kr/40 minutes) Outdoor shower as well (if frost-free) The house is centrally located on the water side of Rørvigvej. The trip to the lovely sandy beach goes along Porsevej and through the sand escape plantation. About 12 min on foot. Lyngkroen, a supermarket, and mini golf are within walking distance. About 500 meters

Nice separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: Kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with coffee table and chairs. It is less than one kilometer to shopping and located in scenic surroundings. A crib can be loaned and pets are allowed for a fee. If you have older children (up to two), there is the possibility of an air mattress. Surrounding attractions: Løvenborg Estate, Holbæk City, Ice Age Route, Skjoldungerne Land and more.

The house is old and some floors are crooked. Large garden and terrace and bon fire place. Outdoor shower with warm water. 3 km to nearest shopping and lots of farm shops with vegetables and local honey. Sommerland Sjælland is about 10 km away and Odden Havn is 15 km where you can by fresh fish and have a nice danish lunch.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
