Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Dette dejlige gamle nyrenoverede hus fra 1777 på 244 m² med 7 soveværelser oser af charme og har fine faciliteter for en eller flere familier. Sydvendt anlagt have med udsigt til skov og vandløb fra 80 m2 terasse. Strand (900 m) og 2 km fra Nykøbing Sj. supermarkeder, restauranter, svømmehal, golfbaner (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4km) etc. Aktivitetsrum med bortennis, etc.. TV med 3 danske kanaler. Hurtigt fibernet og WIFI. Sengelinned og håndklæder tilbydes efter aftale.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks

Tag en afslappende pause fra hverdagen i dette lille fine sommerhus, hvor der kan hygges med gang i brændeovnen en kold vinter dag. Huset ligger kun 1,2 km i gå afstand fra den smukkeste sand strand. Her er KUN udendørs brus - som kun kan anvendes hvis der ikke er frost! Udenfor er en overdækket og møbleret terrasse, hvor kaffen kan nydes i læ. Sommerhuset ligger 11 km fra hyggelige Nykøbing Sjælland.
