Are you dreaming of a real cottage atmosphere? Then you are very welcome in my cozy cottage. The house is located on a huge natural plot with a campfire and a trampoline - close to one of Denmark's best beaches with dunes and a kilometer-long sandy beach. The lovely open terrace offers ample opportunity to enjoy the sun, and if rain begins to fall, you just seek shelter under the half roof. The house is child-friendly with a trampoline, playhouse, balance bikes, soccer goal, games, baby cutlery, etc. as well as an Ikea high chair.

Sommerland Sjælland is about 10 km away and Odden Havn is 15 km where you can by fresh fish and have a nice danish lunch.

The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
