Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Machen Sie Urlaub direkt an der Ostsee. Ihr Appartement befindet sich in 1B-Lage nur wenige Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. Machen Sie ausgiebige Spaziergänge, entdecken Sie die Küste auf den über 30 kilometerlangen Radwegen direkt am Wasser oder entspannen Sie sich beim (Sonnen-)Baden am weißen Sandstrand. Erkunden sie die Küste vom SUP-Board oder Kiten Sie je nach Wind und Wetter. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden Sie (fast) alles, was einen Urlaub am Meer ausmacht.

Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
