Es gibt zwei DZ mit Duschbad en-suite, ein weiteres DZ teilt sich das Bad mit einem EZ. Das WZ verfügt über einen wunderschönen Kaminofen und geht in einen offenen Ess- und Küchenbereich über. Im EG befindet sich zudem ein Gäste-WC. Die Terrasse lädt zum Genuss der Natur ein.

Lovingly furnished hideaway directly on the nature reserve with great views in a very quiet location with fireplace and Wi-Fi. Wonderfully grown, the large garden provides plenty of privacy. The cozy living/dining area on the first floor impresses in summer with the large sliding window front that can be opened as well as in winter with the pleasant fireplace. All in all, a very comfortable house for those who want to spend their Baltic Sea vacation in a quiet but still beach location

Herzlich willkommen in unserem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See schwimmen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends genießt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem nicht einsehbaren 400qm-Garten auf der Sonnenliege oder am Grill. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 12 Min. mit dem Rad.

On the wonderful sofa by Anders Nørgaard you can really enjoy your time with a book or a cup of tea . Our kitchen is tailor-made, as we like to cook ourselves. In the bright bedroom - sloping roof, good mattresses, restful dreams.
