We had a wonderful time staying at the place. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for us, quiet yet well connected. We particularly liked the great terrace and the cozy atmosphere. Check-in went smoothly, and communication with Arlette was super friendly, quick and straightforward. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation!

We spent 3 nights at Christopher's place as we wanted to hike a bit in Saxon Switzerland and felt very comfortable. The location is very good as you can quickly get to many surrounding hiking trails by car. The apartment was as described, everything was clean and tidy. Communication and check-in/out went smoothly and were always friendly. If we come back to the area, we would book this place again and highly recommend it.

Thank you for this wonderful place to stay. Everything we needed was there and clean. Great area with wonderful hiking opportunities. On the weekend, there was even free parking.

The place is super centrally located and super equipped. The balcony offers a good view of the Elbe, but also the sofa in the living room (side, not front). I felt very comfortable there for 14 days. The ferry to the train station (where you can park your car for free) is only 2 minutes away. Bad Schandau offers great opportunities for hiking, whether starting by bus (also only 2 minutes from the property) or on foot. Especially recommended: hike to the bastion and back by S1 from Wehlen or by bus to Sebnitz and back on foot on the panoramic trail. Communication with Sandra was very good.

Sarah is super friendly; the accommodation very cozy, lovingly and fully furnished. If we had any questions, she always responded promptly and kindly. We felt totally comfortable - it was just a warm atmosphere. Clear recommendation! A great place to stay, we will be happy to come back.

.... so, here is our first airbnb experience: to be honest, we have never met such a great accommodation with such professional handling of it (two vacation apartment experienced from the 60s with a small dog) - the lovingly as well as interestingly restored and furnished vacation apartment definitely lacks nothing, everything in place - as at home - as well as everything in impeccable condition! In addition, a huge, well-kept and beautiful garden around the house, so we had to persuade our four-legged friend to get back in the car on the day of departure.... In short, this "Landlust close to the city" is really only fully and highly recommended by Regina & Rainer Liebig!! Attractions of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Lusatian Lake District, great cities, etc. can be reached from here by car in a short time - so it is a central location. Thank you so much again for a great stay!

Very picturesque location! Directly opposite Hohnstein Castle, beautiful balcony overlooking the castle and the valley. The apartment is spacious, we found the living room very nice. You can go hiking directly from the house. There is also a bus, but we definitely recommend a car, otherwise it will also be difficult to shop. The café on the market square has good cakes, in the castle restaurant it was also very nice. Will come again anytime

We had a lovely time in Bad Schandau and Villa Monsei! We only found the associated parking space of the apartment difficult: this could only be reached via a bridge that was questionable in our eyes (with regard to "touching down"). We decided to park on the opposite side of the street. Otherwise, we had nothing to complain about and were super satisfied with the apartment, check-in was easy and there was everything you need for a relaxed stay in Saxon Switzerland 😇

We had a wonderful stay in the lovingly furnished house in Gohrisch in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Florian and Stefan are great hosts – attentive, warm and with a great sense of detail. The house is located in a wonderfully quiet location and is perfectly equipped: comfortable beds, beautiful wooden floors, a kitchen where nothing is really missing, and a well-kept garden that invites you to relax. We were particularly impressed by the many small extras – from toothbrushes to creams to other helpful things that you often don't think of. You can tell that the hosts have given a lot of thought to providing their guests with an all-around pleasant stay. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this house and the hosts. Thanks for everything – see you next time!

Stefanie welcomed us very warmly on site. The apartment is super cozy and well equipped. You have everything you need to spend a few relaxing days there. The location is ideal to start from there directly towards e.g. Bloßstock or Schrammsteine.

Easy check-in via key box. Everything as described and in the photos. Very nice place with castle and everything you need for everyday needs and from which you can quickly reach all the sights of Saxon Switzerland. There is a fast charging station for electric cars about 400 meters away. We felt very comfortable during our stay and can recommend the accommodation.

We felt very comfortable. We enjoyed the accommodation very much. Beautifully decorated, quiet, plenty of space. Especially the bay window with the possibility to sit there had impressed us. From the accommodation you could take many hikes. We will be happy to come back.

We (family of 4) had a great time at Helga and Karl-Heinz's apartment in a quiet village just north of the national park. Great for walks - even from the house into some of the best parts of the park itself. By car it's quick to get down to Bad Schandau, from where you can reach Pirna or Dresden easily by train. The guest card is really handy for using local public transport including most ferries. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. In summary: comfortable place in a spectacular area and nice hosts add up to a strong recommendation!

We came for a few days to hike in the area and were looking for a place to stay where you could stop after the tours and end the day. Bernd's apartment is perfect for that! The village of Wehlen is cute and if you want, you can start walking directly from here. The large car could easily be parked in the courtyard. The building complex was quiet and we noticed almost nothing from other guests. The shared living and dining area is unbeatable: with a cozy kitchen bench where several people can eat together, as well as the large sofa where everyone can also find their place. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Good soundproofing of the apartment and quiet location. Self check-in and check-out with detailed information. The apartment was spacious enough, has an excellent kitchen with everything you need. Free parking near the house. The apartment is completely consistent with the photos.

Very great apartment, very large and perfectly equipped with two bathrooms. Super clean kitchen and everything you need. Even if there is no more space to park in the courtyard, there is a public parking space on the opposite side of the street.

A small property, with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is not very large but super cozy and absolutely sufficient. We were greeted nicely and felt very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and the communication was seamless.

The apartment is nicely decorated and has a great location right on the Elbe.

We were very impressed with the place and its surroundings. The restaurant "Due Fratelli" is highly recommended. Very nice hiking trails. The Kräutervitalbad Sebnitz is also very nice, we had booked a wellness package for 2 and spent the whole day there with some sauna sessions with infusion which was a dream. All in all a super short vacation. We will definitely come back!!! Best regards from Berlin!!!

I definitely recommend it. A climatic, cozy place. The apartment has everything you need. We checked in ourselves with the key from the lockbox, which made the whole arrival much easier. Everything is clearly explained at every stage.
