Friendly host and nice place to stay. Good choice for a family.

Five stars from us and rightly so! We stayed three nights in the apartment, just as a starting point to get to know the Erzgebirge a bit. The small cottage is housed for sole use on a company premises but with a lot of privacy. Starting from the electric gate entrance, the private parking space, the private small terrace with adjoining lawn and privacy screen to the street, to the electric blinds and the beautiful built-in furniture, everything was perfect. The bathroom is very well equipped for the size and everything is really very clean. Despite the location on the company premises, you are virtually safe at least on the weekend or as we were at Pentecost. Everything I read in the previous reviews in terms of suggestions for improvement, e.g. the blind on the glass door, has already been implemented (except for the couch). For two people and also with a dog, this is the perfect place to stay. We will be happy to come back.

I've stayed at Ralf's place a few times and will definitely use it again in the future. A quiet, cozy apartment with peace and privacy. Highly recommend!!! Thank you for your kindness.
