You will visit and use a vacation home in the house in the basement. Located on the cycling path network between Brandenburg and Saxony. The apartment is located exactly between Lake Senftenberg and Lake Geierwald; these are easily reached by bike or inline skates. Approximately 50 square meters of living space, a sunbathing lawn and the forest invite you to linger. From the village you can quickly reach the cities of Senftenberg, Hoyerswerda, Cottbus, Dresden and Berlin. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible.

The approx. 65 sqm apartment consists of a beautiful bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed and in the living room, the couch is pull-out for two more sleeping places. Parking would be possible without any hassle in front of the property at no extra cost. For motorcycles, parking is also possible under the roof on the property.

The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are right on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe bike path is only 400 m away from us. Relax in the natural pool Goltzscha. perfect. Parking space and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.
