Take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Use the time for yourself and your family to make your vacation the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Alpine getaway on the Wilder Kaiser

Your perfect retreat in the middle of nature! Enjoy the beautiful landscape and the short walk (~30 minutes) to Hintersteiner See. In just a few minutes by car you can reach numerous excursion destinations. Whether hiking, mountain biking, skiing or simply enjoying the peace and the fantastic view. Our cabin offers you a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a wood stove and a beautiful view of the Alps. The accommodation offered is on the ground floor of the building.

Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Alpine hut in a mountain paradise

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Glasnalm - cozy log cabin in a quiet location

The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee colonies, but still very centrally located to shops serving daily needs. Lake Tegernsee is only 2 km away. The Glasnalm was rebuilt from solid wooden beams from 1747 as a small hut true to detail. You have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.

Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

Small, cozy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room hut can accommodate 3 people, shared hours and evenings. With the wood-burning stove it gets cozy and warm. A large corner bench with table, bunk bed, and dresser are also in the cabin. Barbecue right next to the cabin, water right at the cabin at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a couple of meters from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.

Chalet with Lakeview

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

On the southern slope in the Grossarltal, surrounded by trees and in a quiet location is your romantic cabin, which offers a perfect starting point for skiing and hiking tours. Or simply enjoy the day on the large sun terrace with a unique view of mountains, meadows and forests or do you prefer to relax in the large Swiss pine sauna? ;)
