There is also a large balcony overlooking Mittersill Castle and the mountains. Two free parking spaces on the property are available as well as a lockable storage room for bike, skis & co. ​

In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach to the ski or hiking area Kitzbühel and also in 2 minutes by car you can reach the Smaragdbahn Bramberg, which takes you to the ski or hiking area Wildkogel. Our house is right next to the Mittersill National Park Center and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. 5 minutes' walk to the city center and right at the ski bus stop. It is a good starting point for excursions, hikes and mountain tours. For cyclists, we are right on the Tauern Cycling Path.
