Our newly renovated apartment is located on the sunny side of Uttendorf (980 m above sea level), with magnificent views of the beautiful Stubach Valley! The apartment is about 90 square meters and is barrier-free. You can relax on the large terrace or in the sauna. The apartment offers a spacious living-dining kitchen with TV, 2 bathrooms with hairdryer (1 with toilet), 1 extra toilet. 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 of them with TV). In addition, a sofa bed would be available so that 6-8 people can be accommodated.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. In winter, the Panoramabahn Kitzbühler Alpen ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Our house is an ideal starting point for hiking or other leisure activities.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
