Welcome to a beautiful Norwegian cabin with one of the area's best locations. Spectacular views, cross-country trails right outside the cabin and a 100 meter long sledding hill right behind the cabin. The cabin is especially well suited for families with children and has its own playroom, quality toys and TV. In the yard you will find a fire pan for barbecue with a view. The area offers magnificent nature and a wide range of activities all year round, such as hiking and biking trails, hunting and fishing, swimming, canoeing, fly fishing, alpine and cross-country skiing.

The cabin at Høgevarde

Enjoy a weekend or a week in a brand new cabin at Høgevarde. Here you can relax, hike delicious hikes in the mountains, or fare down a hill skiing in winter or by bike in summer/autumn. Incredibly many nice destinations nearby. Here is fishing water and a small alpine resort in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). You can put on your skis right outside the cabin walls and use great prepared slopes that are just 50 meters away. The cabin is located at about 945 meters above sea level and has incredible views to the mountains. Here's the tranquility.

Stolpehytta

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Høgevarde mountain apartment

Modern mountain apartment (124 m2) that has an absolutely fantastic location with one of Høgevarde's most beautiful views. Here you can enjoy the high mountains and everything they have to offer. Høgevarde is a mecca for mountain hiking, cross-country skiing, biking trails and fishing. The Bear Park is also not too far away. Ski in/ski out to Høgevarde mountain park. Prepared cross-country tracks just outside the building. Bed linen/towels must be brought, but can be rented. Other prices during school holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter.

From our Airbnb you have a short distance to popular attractions such as Norway's longest bike path, Bjørneparken animal park, the Predator Center and many fishing opportunities both in Krøderen and in mountain lakes. You are welcome to stay privately at our home. We give you a simpler alternative. Here there is plenty of room for 2 people. Possibility for 4, but then you will have to sleep in the living room. Designhytte bygget i 2020 på 75kvm, med tre soverom og hems. Varmekabler i alle gulv, peis og tidenes flotteste utsikt! Til vanlig er vi en familie på tre med en hund som bruker hytta så mye vi kan :) Flotte turområder rett i nærheten, og skiløype som starter ca 60m unna. Kort vei fra Oslo med ca 2t og 10min (uten kø) reisevei.
