Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

You are welcome to visit and use our garden with barbecue corner. The apartment on the 2nd floor is very brightly designed and has everything you need to feel comfortable. 2 TVs, 1 x with 43-inch diagonal and 1 x 32-inch diagonal (living area/bedroom) allows you to relax. You will stay about 150 meters from the city center, but still on a quiet side street. Everything you need for groceries is 80 meters away. Fast WiFi is of course free of charge. Lots of restaurants within 300 m.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
