House vacation rentals in Hoboken

This house and Niki were both fantastic. Even without the pool in the backyard it would have been perfect for our reunion gathering; with the pool, and the long table for outdoor meals, it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Niki was easy, timely, and super-clear. Fun, even. Our group has no complaints and nothing but praise. If you want your small-to-medium sized group to gather together in the South Orange area, this place is for you!

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

This place is great!! Very clean and spacious. Our family stayed here while visiting New York. Just a short drive away. The apartment is located in a very quiet Neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants close by . Overall good experience and the upstairs neighbors were quiet, didn’t even know they were there . Definitely recommend staying here ,and we will definitely be looking the stay again in the future. Host was friendly and quick to respond with any questions.. Very happy with our stay!

Overall the house is a lot bigger than what it seems in pictures. The check-in was effortless and easy, the host responds very quick to any messages .The pool is huge and refreshing . Please note there is cameras in the entrance of the home which is normal but there are also more cameras in the back yard and host can view the whole yard because the cameras do move . There is a personal car as well in the back yard that belongs to the host . Please be aware there are no Pots/Pans. In conclusion my family loved it , we were comfortable , I would stay there again and recommend this airbnb.

The hosts were amazing. We booked at the very last minute. They accommodated with the time and they were very understanding. The place was clean and spacious.

Vanessa's home was perfect for what we needed on our trip. It was cozy, spacious and my family was able to gather around the dinning room table to do a puzzle. Vanessa was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We look forward to returning in the future!

Caroline's B&B, is very clean, well stocked, and very easy to get in and out of. The water pressure is great, and the place is very spacious. If you are staying at Caroline's place while in the city, some things to keep in mind. The mass transit situation leaves a bit to be desired. While there is the Metro North rail close (in context to the MTA subway stations), they have a much less regular schedule than the subways and are at minimum $9 fare per ride (one way). There are subway stops relatively close (4,5,6) within 3 miles, but the Uber fares to get to any one of them will cost anywhere from $21 - $26, each way. McLean ave and Kenotah Ave are great places, again relatively close, to grab drinks and pub fare, but also it costs ya for the ride to and from. My recommendation to combat the travel costs, plan your day accordingly so you when you return you are in and staying. The neighborhood is great, quiet, and peaceful.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

My family had a wonderful stay at William’s place, the children were very excited they especially loved the upstairs bed…can’t tell why the bed makes them happy 😅 but, from they are happy, I am happy. The stay was a good one, thank you William for your quick response when called upon, and for making sure that the stay was a good one.

My husband found Jennie and Erwin’s place doing his own research and I’m happy he did because going forward we will use this as our Jersey City air bnb. The house was exactly as described along with the parking spot. There are tvs in each room and they have many dishes for cooking. They texted each day with things to do in the area and restaurants near by. Thank you Jennie and Erwin look forward to booking with y’all in April

Our family of 6 stayed at Venky’s place for 5 nights and everything was great! The home is very close to NYC and is only one stop from Manhattan. Venky was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or needs. The cereal provided was perfect for our young children to have a snack in the AM before heading out for the day. I would absolutely recommend Venky’s place for families or for anyone looking to stay away from the chaos of Manhattan but also close enough to get there in about 15 minutes.

Asiye was kind and very responsive. She kindly allowed us to check in early, and on the day of our check-out, she also let us store our luggage. The amenities were more than sufficient.

Michelle's place was perfect for me and my two kids during our short trip to NYC! The view of the Manhattan skyline from North Bergen is impressive, and the bus trip into the city was shorter and easier than I expected. Plus, there are lots of great places, restaurants, especially to check out, within easy walking distance of Michelle's place. Michelle is a very responsive and caring host, e.g., she offered an early check-in, which was very helpful, and she came right over to the home when I had a question. My only issue was with the street parking--I highly recommend buying a 24-hour pass to cover both daytime and nighttime parking. I think you can buy multiple days at once (don't forget your license plate info!). Parking tickets are $50, so learn from my mistake;) There is an automated ticket machine across the street from the bus stop where you wait to board a NJ Transit bus bound for NYC. Overall, I definitely recommend this place and hope to return on our next trip to NYC!

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. We appreciated the additional space provided, the property was spacious enough to accommodate a larger group (we were 6 adults and a child) While the cost was somewhat high, our limited time for exploring alternative accommodations prevented us from making a more informed decision. However, it is important to note that the house is of an older age. This may cause discomfort for individuals prone to vertigo, as the floors exhibit creaking and slanted surfaces. Despite these minor considerations, the property was well-stocked with essential amenities. Linens, kitchenware, toilet paper, and bedding were readily available in all bedrooms. Additionally, each bedroom was equipped with earplugs, trash cans, irons, or steam irons, which enhanced our comfort. On a Tuesday evening, a party was taking place next door, which was somewhat unusual and unsettling. However, the surrounding area

Beautiful place in a perfect location: lots of shops and restaurants nearby, very close to the subway. We felt right at home and appreciated little touches like the welcome goodies, board games and paper / pencils for our child to draw. Sadly the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the garden. Travis also let us check in early, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

Nur’s place was a great location to visit NYC! We drove to journal square down the road and parked for the path to NYC every day. You can also walk but we chose not to as we would be walking so much in the City! House was great for my family of 6! And loved that we could park beside the house and not have to search for parking! Great bonus! Would definitely stay again if I was to visit the area! Loved the at she has a washer and dryer also which helped with kids and laundry for the week! Kitchen/ dining area was also nice and spacious!

Truly felt like home. Everything in the home functioned, kitchen had everything you would need. Loved brick walls and wood flooring. Classic NYC walkup. Truly enjoyed our stay. Perfectly safe neighbourhood … it’s a big city, so use your common sense!!!!

Paul's place was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private, with plenty of street parking. The house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
