Condo vacation rentals in Hòa Vang

Was a beautiful stay here. Appartment has a good home atmosphere and quite big. Super good kitchen and enough stuff to cook. Good quiet pool and view on the river. It has a bit old stuff inside and some place was dirty when we’ve arrived, but Ngoc has fixed all issues very fast. She is really helpful and was quite proactive in any questions and needs. Also the good housekeeping service included weekly. Definitely will come the next time here. Thanks Ngoc ❤️

The host carefully took care of the necessary parts before departure, and even when staying at the accommodation, he was considerate by checking in to see if everything was okay. The accommodation is also the same as the photos, and I had a really nice stay. In particular, the view was good because it was located on the 30th floor, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the rice noodle restaurant recommended by the host was also very delicious. The chicken cartilage fried in a white building in the alley between the entrance of w-mart and Building A was also very delicious. It was my first trip to Da Nang, and it was a really good memory. This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an apartment with spacious rooms. The host is extremely friendly and with the stunning river view, you'll definetely love it there!

The location was perfect and convenient to go anywhere. The view from the room was amazing, and we could see Lady Buddha clearly. We woke up to plenty of sunlight every morning and enjoyed Da Nang from early in the morning. You can take out the trash 24 hours a day. The air conditioning worked well. You can hang your laundry on the sunny balcony, and there is a dryer, so you don't have to worry about rainy weather. There were two bathrooms, one with a rain shower and one with a handheld shower. There was no shortage of hot water even if you took a shower at the same time. The shared pool and gym in the building are small, but they look like they would be fun if you were staying for a long time. There was also a ping pong table. Ngoc was a very good host. She replied quickly and the check-in was smooth. She answered my questions about the rare fruits I found in the market in detail. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Da Nang.

Thao was an amazing host, and very responsive! My family and I enjoyed our stay in the roomy, condo that was provided. We felt very safe, and would recommend the space to future Da Nang tourists or visitors in ths future!

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

Great location. A few minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Very easy to get a Grab taxi from this location. Check in was ok. We were asked for our arrival time in advance,but the taxi driver had to call the host to come and meet us in reception. Really nice apartment, nice bed, great bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Excellent internet speed and the router is conveniently placed by the TV for a LAN connection using the TV as a monitor. Small balcony but perfect for drying clothes. Good washing machine with detergent provided. There was shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes etc even though we brought our own. Overall a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

While the place is labelled as condominium it's pretty much ran like a hotel, when it comes to service standards. Rooms cleaned daily, great breakfast. Their banh mi is one of the better ones I had in Vietnam and we had quite a few The only reservation I had was the state of the bicycles - no lights and some of them were a bit 'weathered'. Given the location of some 20 min walk away from the centre, better bikes would help a bit. Nonetheless, a go to place for me when in Hoi An

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.

I loved the view of the living room and master bedroom, and it was so convenient that there were many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes on the 1st floor of the apartment. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

WONDERFUL STAY! Thao was amazing and one of the best hosts we've ever had from start to finish. Answered all of our questions up front quickly, arranged our pickup at airport, met us at unit to personally welcome us in, great welcome snacks when we arrived, and more. The place is as advertised on AirBnB in the photos. Very luxurious, excellent condition, great wifi, very comfortable beds, well equipped, and nice views of the strip and ocean. Throughout stay Thao was so very helpful and kind. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much along with Thao's great customer service that we extended out stay for another 4 weeks. Thank you Thao for such a wonderful stay and special experience for our family. We look forward to staying here again when we return!

The accommodation was clean and around the Han River, so the river view was also great. It was in the center of Da Nang, so I was able to move quickly wherever I went. This is the listing I'd like to use again the next time I come to Da Nang.

Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Studio in a resort setting; the place was clean and very well equipped where I felt like home. Been thru several places in Vietnam, and this place stands out to me. Beach is a pleasant 5 min or less walk with several pools, beach loungers, grass / green space; literally resort lifestyle but staying in your own apartment experience. Austin and Lenh were also excellent hosts responding to all inquiries. I rarely say this with AirBNBs, but would definitely stay again 👍🏻
