Apartment vacation rentals in Hòa Vang

All I can say is bravo. Gemma's team was phenomenal - Tam and her husband were extremely helpful at all times. Never had an issue with anything at any time. They allowed me to switch to a more suitable longer-term room a week or so in *and* they accommodated a late flight I had on the day of checkout which was massive. If a chair broke (one was older and heavily used) they immediately brought a new one up for me. They also brought me a microwave to use for the long-term stay. 10/10. I wish I brought her flowers! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (The only 50/50 thing was the condo is a bit far from the inner city/tourist spots BUT it comes with an insane view of the bridge and is fairly quiet and private if that's what you prefer more which I do most days!)

It is a clean n cozy place near the airport. Just 5min walk to the airport. Just one block behind is the airport. Not too noisy. Room is spacious n clean. Bed is also large for a double bed. My room was with fridge n microwaves. Highly recommended for those who needs to stay close to the airport

It's 10 minutes from the airport by Grab. I think it would be especially good for those arriving late at the airport. There are cafes and small grocery stores nearby, so it's convenient to live in. The room is large enough for several people to go. I liked it because the bedding was very clean. I had a nice stay!

This was an amazing place to stay at. Restaurants, cute coffee places around. The host was very nice, helpful and responsive. It is close to a lot of places by motorbike or taxi

Richard's place is in an excellent location! We love that the apartment is river-side and overlooks the boats on the river and you can see the lights from buildings across the river and both the Dragon Bridge & the Han River Bridge. Because of this location, even though it is in a city, the space around feels expansive and open. The riverfront is also walkable. The place is located within walking distance from markets, restaurants, coffee shops, laundry shops. And the beach is only a short taxi ride away - only around 10 - 15 minutes. The apartment is huge! The photos do not show just how large the space is, so it is a very nice surprise when you walk in. Everything is in clean, working condition and there is so much light coming into the apartment due to the large windows in each room. Richard himself is an exceptional host. He is responsive, friendly and respectful. Anything we needed assistance with, Richard was happy to help. We have loved our time here and would love to return!

First of all, the location is really good. It was better because the Han Market and everything were within walking distance, and the host was Korean. Thank you for your kind reminder. The house was tidy and the internet speed was fine. Personally, I take the condition of the bedding and towels very seriously, and it was perfect. I'm going on a business trip this time, but I'd like to visit again next time if it's available. Thank you.

I spent 4 weeks at Eden Plaza and can honestly say that it was an overall pleasant experience. The on-site facilities, exceptional hygiene standards, and friendly and responsive customer service made the experience both enjoyable and comfortable. Also, very conveniently located next to a military museum. My 1-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and exactly what I wanted! Special thanks to Tai in the Leisure area for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay, Hotel Manager Tuan, Bao and the entire team at the front desk and the housekeeping team. I would definitely recommend Eden Plaza to anyone visiting Da Nang.
