We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend. The house had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, two living spaces, great games room. There was some noise from the neighbours but other than that it was a very relaxing stay.

Thanks Brooke for a wonderful and memorable stay at Simplicity Beach house. We enjoyed our weekend getaway in the spacious holiday home, in the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Wow ... Amazing. Such a beautiful home with everything at your fingertips. The house was spotless. Sitting out on the deck surrounded by a beautiful garden was so relaxing. Very private surrounds and very peaceful. Barbara was an amazing host and I was so glad to get the chance of meeting with her. We stayed for 2 weeks which allowed us to enjoy the property fully. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Really well-equipped traditional holiday house feel which we appreciated. We appreciated that the house felt lived in and came with all the equipment that one would have at home. DVD's and CD's were great to have as well. Being able to have our two Dachshund's there helped so much as well. Much appreciated.

The place was peaceful and comfortable, really easy communication with Kelly, great location to the beach - overall such a beautiful stay! Highly recommend to anyone!

Glenys and Geoff were amazing hosts who provided extensive knowledge on the history and landmarks of Queenscliff. Their place was spotless, cozy and welcoming. Glenys provided a generous continental breakfast. The hot tub was an amazing touch and very private. Would definitely recommend the stay to anyone considering. :)

Very comfortable, secure and clean place with all the facilities we needed for an enjoyable short stay. Parking was off the main road and secure behind a gate. Outside a path led for a pleasant 10 minute walk into the main street of Sorrento while a General store with excellent coffee was a 2 minute walk away.

Lovely stay, super easy communication and great location to get to beach, town, or otherwise.

Kristina's property is bright, beautiful and extremely comfortable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Kristina is a caring, friendly host who goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is the cleanest we've stayed in. We didn't have a car, but used the regular buses around the corner. The coastal walks at the end of the street are fantastic. We enjoyed having breakfast at The Cnr and Bothy and highly recommend Japan Inn for dinner. We'd definitely stay again.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay.
